Bed was comfy
Location was good
Kettle had been washed with dishwashing soap, had to keep running fresh water through it until it stopped soaping.
1 by 1 I grabbed a coffe cup out of the cupboard until I had all 3 out and each one was dirty, they had been rinsed not washed. Still had fresh coffee stains that I removed by giving them a quick wash.
Got up for a drink in the middle of the night to find 10 x baby cockroaches wondering the kitchen benches.
Entire complex was woken up at 5.30am by the big metal industrial bin being pushed through the complex, down the driveway and out to the road to be emptied then to top it off 5-10 minutes later that same noisy ass bin was being pushed back in, mind you half the driveway is brick so the noise was tenfold.

Comfortable beds
It was overpriced, rude staff it advertised 24hour check in and we were at appointment and got told to come pay immediately they close at 5 pm. Bathroom very outdated and tiny. No shower pressure hardly hot water. No effort to roll towels. No toaster to cook our own breakfast.

Very clean and tidy
No toaster in room

The location was handy to restaurants and grocery store
Very outdated complex. I give them grace because they are trying to recover from the floods, but apart from the updated bathroom, it felt really old and dirty. I couldn't get hot water out of the shower at all during our 2 night stay, so I endured a cold shower both nights.

Location
Two flights of stairs were difficult for 87 year old mother. Very dirty, pieces of Lego on the floor from previous inhabitants. Nowhere to put clothing on long stay. Had to ask for towels after 2nd day & no service of the room.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. The place itself has multiple issues I'll address in the negative feedback part of the review however it is a stock standard motel, nothing fancy but good enough for a work trip or just to stay somewhere for a night or two.
This place really isn't priced for the region or what it offers. About $220/night (My last stay at the Q1 was about $150/night for a 4 - 5 star apartment). It has a construction site access gate (probably not intentional but no signage and no real attempt to keep guests out means the construction zone at the rear of the property is more of a thoroughfare). There were human hairs on the bed (I'm a short haired [#2/#3] haircut guy) indicating that the linen is not changed between guests. I'm sure (and hope) that the bottom sheet and pillow cases are changed, but nothing else is. Footprint on the wall next to the single bed (I can only imagine the events occurring that led to that).
There is a bar fridge (no freezer) and a microwave, that's about it.

Needed to stay an extra night due to mechanical breakdown. Hotel was very accommodating in allowing me the use of the room after checkout until I could confirm if I needed the extra night.
Very friendly staff.
Had to hunt up.a hairdryer for the room, but no trouble in getting one.
Water pressure could be better in shower.

The best thing about Comfort Inn Centrepoint Motel were the crisp clean sheets. And walking proximity to everything in Lismore's CBD.
I am loathe to complain as Lismore needs all the help it can get after devastating floods of 2022. But unfortunately the motel is next door to a Hotel where loud Metal music thumped until midnight. Truly awful!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location in the main part of town was good.
The whole check-in process was a mess. No staff were there when we arrived. Called the number on the door and spoke with someone out of town and it took them 40 mins to find our booking of 3 rooms. It was a bit of a mess, wasn't a great start.

It is remodeled and the beds were fabulous

Proximity to city centre and supermarket.
Lovely girl working as both receptionist and a cleaner the morning of checkout. She was very accommodating when I asked for a later checkout.
Stairs as I had heavy luggage.
Very expensive

There were security cameras.
After hours check in was unsafe and unfair that all credit card details had to be given again plus my personal driver’s license which was unnecessary. My car was being circled by two people while I was trying to check in and they were listening to all the details I had to give again!

Room very clean and very convenient location. Young person at counter next morning very helpful and the cleaner found a electronic connection cord and returned to me before I had left.
No one to book in, had to make phone call and enter number for key. Might be I am a bit old fashioned and like to talk to a person.
