Great views of the ocean and easy access to the scuba actitivies and restaurants that I love.

The Proximity to Belize Diving Adventure. The proximity to Ramons and Sammys for bfast. Great quite beach area and view of the ocean.

Nothing stood out, however Im concerned that the new water taxi facility and the new Marriott will change the level of noise and/or traffic that will make the stay less peaceful.

Fantastic views, great location and value. Would definitely stay here again.

The layout of the buildings and units around the pool offers great views.

The bed in the unit we stayed in could use a new mattress. The floors were swept and appeared to be clean but our feet turned black with in minutes of walking barefoot, when we asked for a mop we were told that they clean every day but we never saw any mops being used.

L’appartamento è ampio, cucina salotto, camera bagno. C’è un boccio e di acqua.

Il personale privo di empatia e asettico. Siamo arrivati alle 14.15 e avremmo dovuto avere la camera. Ci hanno detto di aspettare 1 ora. Non ci sono Luoghi dove sedersi al coperto ,ne la possibilità di avere una bevanda in quanto non esiste bar o ristorante. Bisogna uscire dalla struttura e camminare in una strada trafficatissina e impolverata per almeno 5 minuti. La giornata era ventosissima e si è messo a diluvirr. Ci siamo riparati sotto un ombrellone. Io stavo male: mal di gola e febbre. Ho pregato di darci la stanza ma mi hanno risposto che dovevano finire di pulire 8 stanze. Consideriamo che la stanza deve essere lasciata alle 12 e vengono anche a bussare mezz’ora prima…alle 15.15 chiediamo la stanza. Ci rispondono che devono finire di pulire 8 stanze…ora mi chiedo ma se alle 12 le stanze sono vuote, per pulirle ci vogliono la bellezza di 4 ore e 15? A causa di questo attendere al freddo e al vento, la sera ( capodanno) avevo la febbre a 40 e la tosse. Una vergogna!!!

Beautiful view, easy access to grocery stores, dive facilities, and within walking distance to downtown. It nice that the suites have kitchen facilities which makes it easy to avoid eating out all the time which can get expensive on San Pedro.

Property is a condo corporation and people rent out their suites when they aren’t in county. Some of the owners when there (justifiably) treat the place like they own it (which they do); however, in doing so they often break the stated rules and have loud parties around the pool, use glass containers on the pool deck (beer bottles etc), and a few other things that make it a bit awkward and hard to enjoy the amenities.

The location of this property is perfect! The outside of the buildings, pool, grounds and flowers are kept up beautifully. Walking distance to a lot and right on the water!!

No beach. No comfy furniture- beds and couch could stand to be replaced.

Beautiful resort on the beach in a quiet area of San Pedro.

the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the location was right on the ocean. The resort is well kept with a nice little pool.

The internet was intermittent.

Looking for a credit for completely misrepresenting property.

Total bait and switch!! Sent info on one unit that we wanted and forced in to another with no option. Check in desk said owner had someone come in so we had to switch units. If we had an option to stay elsewhere we would have!

Nice room. Great view. Centrally located.

Balcony facing the sea was the highlight. Good work area. Kitchen had all utencils, could prepare a full meal if I had time and/or groceries.

No restaurant on site. Would have been convenient to be able to order in or have dinner at an on site place.

Conveniently located on the south edge of San Pedro town. It's close to the airstrip and several good restaurants. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, although everyone else, it seemed, rented their own golf cart. The property has a gas grill that is available for guests to use. We bought sausages from a local company on the island and had a barbecue one night.

The apartment we were in had a gas range and oven, so we were able to cook for several meals. The selection of pots, pans, and cutlery could have been better. This is a very minor point, though, as being able to cook at all was a nice perk.

The location is great and away from the noise but close enough to walk long the beach to all the restaurants, water taxi terminal, etc. The pool is also nice!

The shower drain was not working properly and that wasn't pleasant at all. The staff were very nice and helpful but they couldn't fix it so showers were more of a bath than anything which felt unhygienic.

Would definitely recommend! I can't wait to visit again!

The property is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful and breathtaking. The apartment decor is charming. Staff are wonderful, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even the guests I interacted with were all pleasant. Overall this accommodation was absolutely the perfect place for me to enjoy the peace and restoration my body and soul required.

There was nothing to dislike. The property is on the outskirts of San Pedro town but just a 10 - 15 mins walk along the beach or road, which i enjoyed. There is no bar or restaurant on the property but this is no problem as many restaurants are nearby, within walking distance. I would have however loved to sip a cocktail while lounging at the pool😀.

A cozy seaside apartment with friendly staff and stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay here! The other guests seemed to be mostly long-term renters with a smattering of vacationers like us. It felt like we got to be part of a little condo community for a week. The staff were all extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The property is close to the San Pedro airport and you can easily walk down the beach to enjoy the views or one of the many beachfront bars & restaurants. It was quiet and felt very safe at all hours. We would definitely recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was super friendly, Pool, grounds properly kept, ocean front is beautiful. Good location close to a lot things (groceries, airport, downtown, no parking inside but no problem parking outside the street) .

We booked a garden view and the unit was too closed to the street and it had a major noise pollution problem. We heard every car, trucks that go by, every dog barking, late night reggae music coming from a restaurant (?), loud fighting that happened one night at the alley ...needless to say we had a hard time sleeping at night. I'm sure units that are ocean front farther from the street. don't have these problems.

good location on the edge of town so no noise. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent dive centre very well run by Enis who was brilliant. Hotel good value for money

Lovely location and grounds.

Lovely grounds and pool, and quiet location just south of town, but an easy walk to everything. Room was spacious and everyone was helpful and kind!

Good relative value

The hotel is nice. Appartement have a good size, and are well equipped. Ac is working well and is not noisy There beach in front of the hotel is very small (just a very small strip of sand), but there is a nice pontoon to go swimming

The only weak point for us was the bed. It would need to be changed as it is quite old and therefore very soft - we both woke up with back pain :(
