We will not stay here again

The wifi was good. The bed was comfortable but it sunk in the middle and there were blocks trying to hold it up. The cleaning staff were very nice.

A restaurant and bar were advertised, but there were none. We had a serious issue after 6pm and tried calling the emergency numbers given, but no one responded nor acknowledged our need for help at all during the trip. If there was security on the site, we couldn't find them. The windows opened but nearly fell out, so we stopped opening them.

Nice modern remodel, close to airport Air conditioned.

Great location, but proximity to airport means you are right near runway. But few very early or late flights - approx 0700 - 2000 Good office staff, but operating under duress. Helper staff helped lug suitcases up 4 floors due to broken elevator.

Restaurant closed, best breakfasts about 20 minute walk. Elevator not functioning (bldg F), and wi-fi down, so no room key. Security had to let us in with master key. Reception check-in building poorly marked unless you are standing in front of it. Need sign on street side so you can see it BEFORE you arrive in front

Big pool, kitchen, room design. I felt very welcomed there.

Noise from airplanes, far from the beach, area around hotel doesn’t look good.

Cost friendly

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions promptly. The room was very clean !

The construction and no amenities. This should have been stated in the booking details. No pool, no restaurant, being woken up by construction right outside my balcony.

Overall great stay with a great staff, I’ll be coming back.

Felt very homely & free. The staff was great and very welcoming.

The room a/c didn’t work as well as the living room a/c. The pool was too warm and the area was under construction.

Disturbed by neighboring room light in our room all night.

The room was clean. The location was safe. The bed was comfortable. The parking was close.

We stayed in building F. Every door in the room, and the door that connects the adjoining room for the suite option, had a small window above the door. Not only could the bed be seen from the entryway of the adjoining room, but the guests next door left the entryway light on all night and it shined brightly into our room all night. Unbelievable. Also, the airport noise next to the hotel wasn't too bad, but the power went out all day on Sunday.

accommodations were very convenient and comfortable!

washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Pool was beautiful and clean.

It was our first time in Ambergris Caye but prices for excursions or extra things seemed doubled that of other resorts or companies. it would be nice if Best Western prices closer to the market.

Great value. Walkable to town and restaurants along the shoreline

Clean and nicely maintained property. great gym, tennis courts and large pool area with manicured landscaping. Arjani who runs the pool bar was delightful and knew all the guests by name.

The property is adjacent to the airport and although we could see and hear the planes take off it was really not an issue for us. The planes stop flying at night and the property is quiet at night.

loved it!

I was clean and spacious, the room had all the amenities you need for your stay. it had great lighting as well in the bathroom! the pool is big even though I didn’t get a chance to swim.

My one issue is that on the site it said breakfast was included but when we got there it wasn’t, I spoke with the front desk and they told us they can order breakfast for us but we had to cover the cost of $10bzd each so that was kind of misleading.

Comfortable but not what we paid for, we wanted a pool and I felt we should have been notified.

The property and the grounds were beautiful and the staff was great!

Pool was being repaired and we were not told we would not be able to use it.

Enjoyed our stay!

There was a really great pool which we pretty much had to ourselves. Location was not the greatest, but we knew that when we booked. Room was clean and bed was cozy. Staff were all very nice.

Everything was good! Maybe a bit pricey for the location. No balconies, only entrance down a hallway. We had to walk a ways to get to the pool. Our only windows faced the airport runway, but again, we new the location when we booked.

Very nice place but a bit of a walk from town

Grand Baymen is a very nice property with comfortable beds, a beautiful pool (although no one was ever in it) and a wonderful staff that went beyond expectation, giving us recommendations, arranging a golf cart for us at a good price when things were nearly sold out and even refilling the gas tank for us when we didn't have time to because we were going diving early in the morning.

The location is a good walk from town taking almost half an hour to walk back from the more southern beach bars, and it is far up from the beach and right next to the airport so we not only had no view but would hear the planes taking off and landing. We did walk it a few times and it was fine but its much better to rent a golf cart if you are going to stay here.
