About this house rental

BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2-3 vehicles - 3 makes plowing harder unless moved early in the morning.

Basecamp is managed by local property manager Cottonwood Lodging Co. where the guest experience is most important. For information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging please see our website.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were traveling with our family and a few friends. The home was perfect for our needs between the location, amenities in the home and my correspondences with Cottonwood lodging. The kitchen was well equipped for this group who loved to cook, the home has a fabulous floorplan, there were plenty of linens, the hot tub was well maintained and the large mudroom was terrific for this group of skiers/snowboarders. A big thank you to CL for dropping off a crockpot the next morning after realizing the house did not have one. We enjoyed the proximity to the lifts, Thirsty Squirrel, spa and the little market. Having been to Solitude before we knew that grocery shopping prior to driving up is a must because the provisions at the little market are slim pickings.
