posizione, pulizia, letti comodi, pasti ristorante buoni e vari, piscina, staff della piscina e ristorante

staff della reception, orario della colazione, musica troppo alta nella hall tutto il giorno, internet assente in camera, cassaforte rotto, phon rotto, pochi dolci a colazione, poca frutta

Уже несколько лет ездим только сюда. Это говорит о многом.

Иногда бывает шумно, когда приезжают группы детей, особенно с патологиями. Я все понимаю - благое дело, но лучше, все же, хотя бы в столовой и в бассейне им выделить отдельное время, чтобы и мы и они чувствовали себя более комфортно. Ведь мы тоже имеем право на нормально покушать не то, что осталось, а то, что положено и нормально поплавать - все же немалые деньги заплатили, правда? Были проблемы с душевой, но их быстро устранили, хотелось бы, чтобы они устранялись до приезда гостей.

Не было забронированного номера в 90 м² Очень много народу Огромное количество маленьких детей Неудовлетаорительное расположение отеля ( бесконечные стройки)

swimming pool is great and open till 23, life music in the hall during evenings

shower for such a big room is too small, there is no ATM, staff doesn't seem helpful, sauna was always closed or occupied, no tea and coffe at lunch

We liked the cozy room, the food was also very good and we even got help with storing food in a fridge for our kid. The swimming pool is in a very good condition, the water is warm and clean. Very family-friendly hotel, especially for small guests.

The gym needs to be improved significantly. The only training machine is not working, no dumbbells and other items are not in a good condition. For such a hotel it's not acceptable, a lot of people are training each day and need the hotel to have it even during holidays. I was choosing the hotel because of the gym photos and was not able to train.

That was great for kids, but less probably we will visit again

The room was nice, beds were very comfortable. Pool and game zone were great for the kids. Very good location, markets and pharmacy are nearby.

Not suitable for passive rest, so noisy during daytimes.

1, I booked two rooms on the booking.com app, the receptionist couldn’t find my confirmation, had to have a email confirmation, then she only gave me one room, after I insisted she checked again and gave me the other room. 2, no house keeping. 3, food like baby food not much flavor. 4, shower is too small. 5, the room is not soundproofed, the weekends evening the hotel have musicians playing till 10:30, if you sleep early, better bring the ear plugs.

Good location , nice interior , beds were ok,room was large, staff friendly.But pillows weren’t as good as i expected.

The food was overage , some days fresh som days 2-3 days old cooking,I specially didnt like when first 3 days they serve the same bread and the lavash was rotten, its unacceptable such a nice hotel and the food , bread Armenian lavash was very old smelled disgusting.However i told the staff and they changed it from next day , yet again I didnt see proper fresh lavash, better eat outside restaurant’s, will recomend Yasaman restaurant.

Great, so far the most enjoyable stay in Tsakhadzor

We enjoyed our stay very much. Bed was comfy, the rooms are big and spacious, looking very fresh. The hotel is super nice and situated near to so-called tsaghakdzor center. Very helpful administration personel, cleaning staff, waiters and bartenders. Allowed us to have late checkout and also lunch on the last day. Nice and clean swimming pool, (heated water), Full board meal included in the room price and food quality was really not bad.
