Location was good. Hospitality was good.

The hous we stayed in is it good for old people, we need to walk a distance through uneven terrain. People who like trekking it may be good. The rooms need to be cleaner. There was no TV in the house we stayed, though it was avaliable in other houses there.

Amazing stay. can’t wait to visit again

the main plus point of this property is its location. with the waterfalls and different animals , it’s a beautiful property where you can totally cut off from your work. views from the property are breath taking. the food there is home made and the chef Gokul makes any other item on request.

very less lights and absolutely no signal. only Jio and Vodaphone users have slight signals. if you have any other then it’s very difficult to contact the staff. since there is no telephone in the room , it’s quite difficult to contact someone incase of any emergency. luckily we had a Vodaphone sim.

Great experience in the lap of nature. Going back for sure.

nestled in the heart of nilgiris , cannot ask for a better plantation experience. Felt a real connect with nature . For a place so remote , the food was very decent. The manager Mr. sam is very knowledgeable and nice person. The cook Mr Ravi went an extra mile in customizing the food to our taste.

The approach road was a little tricky as some construction work was going on , but not too bad.

Let O’land relieve you of all stress and time

Sam and his team are excellent, and find the perfect balance between ensuring you have what you need and giving you space to enjoy the secluded jungle. O’land is a hidden gem, to the point I am relevant to write this review and let others in on the secret. Set in a plantation on the edge of the jungle, O’land has fantastic rustic accommodation and is the perfect place to come up chill out from anywhere that isn’t O’land. Nature lovers especially will love this place, but it is just as rewarding for those looking to find some peace and have a stripped back experience. I would come back again tomorrow if I could!

I can’t think of anything that would have made the stay better.

A rare find

Hidden away amongst the tea gardens of Coonoor, my husband and i found this beautiful property nestled in the mountains. A homely place with a gracious owner and courteous staff. Even though we stayed there for just a day, the peaceful serenity and the picturesque view made it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a more natural experience in Coonoor.

There was hardly anything we could find fault in.
