Všetko bolo perfektné. Veľmi príjemný, milý personál. Skvelé jedlo v hotelovom lobby za super ceny, príjemný bazén a čisté izby :)

The food was good
Facilities were not that good.

the clothes rack in the balcony was too small, no use of it during the rainy season.

Quiet location that was close to town! The villa was very clean and breakfast each morning was great
We stayed in villa b. The smell manure and burning that happened next door made the villa smell awful. Especially the outdoor bathroom downstairs and pool area

La propreté de la chambre. Le
Logement est à l’expérience d’Ubud, c’est agréable d’être plus au calme !
La standard room est vraiment une petite chambre.

I liked the rooms and design, the views and area, the pool, the staff were very lovely and hard working the breakfast was good but not much verity.
But the kitchen service didn't meet the expectation, seems that they were short staff and not very good in english to communicate well. For example they were a bit conservative for refilling the tea cups. The bathroom plumbing services need taking more care like some taps and basins are loose.

The hotel is exactly how it’s shown in the pictures, loved the bathtub area and ohh the staff is really good would help you with any kind of questions you have, we are pure vegetarians so the staff there helped us by making food for us which was pure veg. The location is a little far from the centre around 17 mins from bike that is the only drawback in this property rest everything is amazing

The complimentary breakfast provided by the establishment exceeds expectations. The hospitality extended by the staff is truly exceptional marked by warm and attentive service.
The restaurant disappoints with its limited range of options. The hotel rooms fall short in terms of spaciousness, offering limited space that fails to meet the expectations of guests.

What I liked about the villa was the price. We paid about $1300 for 6 days. Very good value for having 7 people 3 beds and 3 baths plus breakfast included which also comes with a kitchen, filtered water, and even a private pool. The staff was also very courteous. Overall the look of the Villa and the place is very nice.
What we didn't like is if you looked at things more carefully around the villa there are things that needed to be better maintained from the living room to the bathroom. Also, the floors are very slippery when it gets wet and it's easy to get wet because of the pool and there are no boundaries or shower curtains in the shower area of the bathroom.
Then, there was a cat that somehow kept going into our villa even when we let him out multiple times from the inside. There must be some kind of hole somewhere where it's able to fit into. We told management up front but it took awhile for them to do anything, and I actually brought the cat up to the very front for them to get it... But then when the staff did get the cat and I guess brought it back to its owner the cat still came back later on that night and told the staff again which finally made it stop that night, but then the next day it came back into our villa again... I don't have any problems with cats or pets, but I have a problem when they're inside the place where I'm living and I don't know what they're touching and licking. Also, I'm a bit allergic to pet dander so I tend to not go anywhere where pets are kept in homes.

Very clean and neat with amazing breakfast. Staff also very friendly and polite.
The rooms are spacious and perfect value for money.
Far from city center, you need to have motorbike or use grab.

the villa was beautiful, loved the outdoor bath. the best thing was the pool which was exceptional! and the staff were extremely lovely!
Not the fault of the property, but the guests in the next villa were noisy, loud and had arguments late at night , smoked all the time which meant I couldn’t sit outside on my verandah, they left their cigarettes butts around the pool and we’re generally inconsiderate.

Room is very spacious for the price, nice bathroom and comfy beds. easy to get a grab into the main areas of ubud.
few bugs on the couches, tap in the bathroom didn’t work and we had a leak in the ceiling so there was maintenance working in the room while we were there. shower had limited hot water at times

Best choice, exceeded my expectations the room is super comfortable, with air conditioning, tv and even a private kitchen and to complete facing the pool. The restaurant is undoubtedly one of the differentials and breakfast is very good. I have no words to describe the staff, they are fantastic, cheerful and receptive and make you feel comfortable at all times, the cleaning team, restaurant team, reception team are amazing. I booked for only 2 nights and ended up staying 15 days more. Many thanks to the Kakul team!
There is nothing bad to describe, everything was incredible!

Smoothie bowls on breakfast were pretty good , ok pools.
Unbearably bad internet connection, ants in the suit, dirty unusable bathtub, some of the staff don't speak English and breakfast quality is very inconsistent. Our suit (wooden villa) was practically a shack with no sound insolation or real windows so we heard every sound around us plus mosquitoes were plentiful. I'm sure it should be better in the more substantial suits though, those at least have windows :)

i like the room apartment concept. breakfast was ok
The location on booking.com is 2,3km away from the real location. Waste my time following the map on bookinh.com.
the loud noise from 2nd floor when people walking.
there’s no long chair or beanbag to sit nearby the pool.
First time after few years using Qris payment they charge 2% for Qris payment code.. haha where is that rules coming from 😳. Never ever heard it. TRICKY ..
Wifi with password always disconnected after 1-2hr.
Pool bit dirty
There’s no telp in the room so if you need something or room service have to go to the front desk ☹️

great stuff! cleanliness, price, and location - one of the best for this price in Ubud.
poor kitchen facilities, bed internet - please remove this page for internet connection with password, sometimes it disconnects every 1-2 hours and needs new connection with the password.

The breakfast was amazing, and the pool we really enjoyed it. We spend the Nyepi day there and we have lots of facilities.
We stayed in a villa, it didn’t look very clean inside the bathroom floor… the door of where the bathtub was, was broken or something it closes very fast and may be dangerous. Also it can stay opened and we had some issues with animals noises during the night…
