We selected this property for it's proximity to family who live nearby and for the pool. The property was quiet and serene, we loved watching the birds and wildlife around the beautifully landscaped backyard, and the pool was pleasant with plenty of seating around it. A perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day in late July.
The house was spacious and allowed us plenty of room to spread out and everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, if a bit too much- the amount of dishware made me a bit nervous putting things away and hoping I was getting everything back in the right place! We ate outside every evening at the large dining table on the patio, and enjoyed breakfast in the bright breakfast nook off the kitchen. The house was also in good proximity to the bay for evening walks to see the sunset. All in all we had a great stay!

Great family vacation!
The property is nestled beautifully in a quiet and private wooded neighborhood. Perfect for a relaxing family get away. Close enough to (and from) the hustle and bustle. Lydia was very helpful and provided wonderful local insights and pearls to explore.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our stay. We were two families with four grown “kids” - two who were working remotely the whole time. There were so many nooks and crannies, both indoor and out for everyone to have a pleasant work experience! For those of us who didn’t have to work ;-), we loved the beautiful grounds, the pool, the visiting wild turkeys every morning, and the quiet and serene atmosphere for a relaxing and wonderful week. We enjoyed walking to the bay beach several times and the drive to the ocean beach was about 15 minutes. The location was great - 10-20 minutes to South Hampton center, Sag Harbor, and so many other visiting towns. Make sure to hit the farm stand which is super close, right on Noyack Road. The only negative was that the location was on Noyack Road - a great and central location - but not great for biking or walking. But it was a quick drive to wherever we needed to go! A lovely and comfortable stay with wonderful hosts who were available whenever we had any questions about nearby restaurants, places to visit etc.

Impressive property with amazing host
I have been coming to the house during all seasons for the past 3 years. As an artist I'd like an escape to a place that is inspiring, quite, friendly, and without breaking a bank. This place has it all. First of all the property is huge and you can relax by the pool, or by beautiful pine trees or by the deck. Here I love working on my new art work, write daily journals, or prepare my inspirational talks. It is very quite during the day and night and I can sleep without ear plugs, which is a daily must everywhere else. The bay is literally 5 min beautiful walk and the beach is 10 min drive. The location is very close to all entertainments, restaurants, art galleries, shopping in Southamton and in Sag Harbor. Over the years I have stayed in all rooms. The downstairs room has a private entrance and bathroom and far from the main quarters. Upstairs rooms have a shared bathroom but feels very private still.
The best part of the stay is host Lydia. She is very friendly and respectful, helpful and, if needed, prepares delicious meals. You will immediately fall in love with her warm personality and openness.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this lovely house.
It's incredibly private and welcoming. The most relaxing atmosphere, beautiful property, gorgeous surroundings and just a 5 minute walk to the bay make this place truly unique.

Friendly house suited to most discruminate tastes
Very charming, impeccably decorated and clean house located near bay, where one can enjoy a nice and quiet beach. This peaceful and secluded property with a swimming pool feels very tranquil, but is close to all the excitement of Hamptons' life (restaurants, shops, vineyards, art galleries, etc.). Gracious, warm and friendly hosts anticipate all wishes and artfully serve most delicious food comparable to exquisite restaurants. This was my dream come true.

Wonderful experience!
We had an amazing time at this beautiful spacious home. It's very cozy, modern and clean. The South Hamptons location is ideal for going to the beach, great restaurants and wineries. The hostess Lydia was so pleasant, hospitable and welcoming! I would definitely recommend renting this house to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Bodacious!
What an utter delight these few days were! About two hours drive from Midtown Manhattan and you find yourself in a totally different world - tranquil, romantic, picturesque and with all modern amenities. It was a pleasure to see so much artwork in the house - an art gallery unto itself. The bedrooms are most comfortable and cosy. The hostess is lovely, charming and intelligent and her company is a treat.

For the body and soul!
This cozy Island of Paradise is located in the mindst of beautiful pinetrees and only minutes walking distance to the picturesque Peconic Bay that offers a great day at the beach or a wonderful sunset. At the house, enjoy your morning coffe on the patio surrounded by the colors and the aroma of a beautiful garden. In the heat of the afternoon sun, dip yourself in a pool and relax to the chirping of birds. The house is only a short drive away from the Southampton Town with its restaurants and cafes. The hostess, Lydia, knew exactly how to help us enjoy our time in Southampton so that we would return for more time and time again.

Excellent Southampton Stay!
What a Wonderful home. I am new to exploring the Southampton area and it was just what I had hoped, and more! The location was perfect, only steps away from the Bay with sandy beach and just minutes away from downtown. However, the house is so beautifully guarded by lush tress and well maintained manicured gardens that it felt like we were in our own home away from home. The pool is just perfect to jump into after a day sunbathing and grilling, and the house is spotless, clean and updated. Hospitality and good conversation was a beautiful bonus, but Lydia also gives you the privacy you need when taking your retreat. Highly recommended!
