Confortable lugar, con 50% de buena atención

El alojamiento es muy confortable, al igual que los amenities y la ubicación. La señorita que atendió en horario de tarde/noche, fue excelente.

El mantenimiento deja mucho que desear: toallas con agujeros y muy deterioradas, puerta del balcón con deterioro evidente, algunos elementos del baños deteriorados. El maltrato del personal de limpieza, que nos acusó de dejar la toalla con manchas, cuando solo era algo de barro producto de la tormenta ocurrida y que tuvimos que lavar nosotros con el jabón común, para demostrarlo. La señorita que atendió durante la mañana, me envió un mensaje de whats app, amenanzando que debía abonar lo que no habían repuesto y el lavado de la toalla mencionada. Mensaje recibido: "Le escribo para recordarle que tiene pendiente el pago de la multa por vajilla y también, el día de hoy las mucamas encontraron manchas en unas de las toallas blancas. La multa por vajilla tiene un costo de 5usd y la multa por manchas tiene un costo de 20usd ya que debemos enviar para un tratamiento especial de desmanche."

La ubicación es excelente. El departamento con balcón es muy confortable

No había cubiertos para el grupo completo. El personal del área de seguridad que nos recibió no fue amable ni quiso solucionar el Inconveniente que tuvimos con el estacionamiento del vehículo. La señora encarga de la recepción todo lo contrario fue súper amable y dispuesta a buscar una solución

Buen hospedaje para estancias de trabajo.

El departamento está muy bien cuidado, tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse por varios días. El acceso fue sencillo y sin inconvenientes. No hubo contacto con ninguna persona. La ubicación es muy buena y se encuentra cerca a varios centros comerciales.

La calle de acceso al edificio está muy descuidada y causa un poco de temor por los alrededores. Durante mi estancia no hubo energía por algunas horas. No habían suficientes insumos para el baño: papel higiénico ni toalla para el piso a la salida de la ducha.

Good size, comfortable apartment with balcony.

Good size, comfortable apartment with balcony. It is close to two huge shopping malls, so well located for supermarkets, and near to the wonderful Museo Barro, five mins walk. On a busy road, but worth walking off the main streets into Villa Morra and area around the hotel, where there are peaceful tree-lined up market residential areas.

affordable, clean, and very convenient location

staff are very helpful and friendly. rooms are clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and fast internet. there is also a very clean as well as spacious pool on the roof. the staff also helped me find transportation to go to my next destination which was much appreciated. if I ever return to asuncion I will definitely be staying here again.

I Thought It Would Be Better and As Advertised.

WiFi Excellent. Size of apartment good. Location excellent. Nice refrigerator.

NOT as advertised. They say coffeee maker in room, FALSE ! No toaster either. Glass on windows and balcony door are not sound proof and a Lot of Noise comes in. Shower size tiny like an IBIS. Furniture old and poorly designed. You have to walk about 200 yards to be able to get a cup of coffee in the morning.. Door Knobs are Triangle POINTED in bathroom door. At 2:30am after going to the bathroom half asleep I rubbed up against one and tore a large chunk of skin off my arm. Took over half an hour to stop most of the bleeding and band aids I carry were not "big enough" for the size of the injury. The "woman" (and this is being polite calling her this) who is at the rental desk in the mornings is a CALLOUS person who did not even care about my injury. She wanted to charge me for cleaning some blood on the towel and pillow sheet. She sent a text to me about this, not even caring or asking HOW IT HAPPENED ! I responded to the man who is in the desk in the afternoon (He, is nice), that I would pay for the small amount of blood but, they would have to give me a receipt stating that I paid under protest and that the cause was the "totally poorly designed door knob". This so I could give to a My Lawyer in Asuncion to file suite for my injury. Never heard another word. Would I stay here again, NO. Not as completely advertised, the "woman" at the desk I do not ever want to interact with her again. Having to walk in the morning 200 yards, climb about 20 steps to be able to drink coffee, ridiculous. They should have supplied the coffee maker advertised on Booking.Com and a toaster. Also the size of the shower is ridiculous.

Unexpected stay...

This accomodation was the worst experience in the last 2 months in Asuncion. We was there 2 weeks. Price was +10% different then at booking site. After arriving we saw old blood on shower, corrupted forniture doors and went sick. Trezor wasnt functional so we had all money and ids outside. Also there was one unplanned visit of 2 tech guys without any information before. There was no cleaning equipment for self-cleaning floor and cleaning personal did this only once during the stay. Also cleaning personal communicated rude and refuse to change bedding during the whole stay. In last days they refused to clean apartment and said we need out of room, after we said its not possible because we are sick and outside its cold they just gone. So we slept 2 weeks in sweaty bed. But sleeping is not word describing it because you listen everything from elevators, also laught in the night and day. Also there is so laud water in walls, if someone using shower or toilet is hard to sleep or talk. I will never more choose this place, in Asuncion are so many cheapest and wealthly accomodations. This was pure tragedy.

The price is too high for the place. And I was given the worst parking spot in the word. -3 in a really weid parking lot architecture.

Hello, I had a horrible experience at this property. Shortly after I checked in, not even 3 hours later, the power went out for over 10 hours. I couldn't sleep until 3 am. Now I understand there was heavy rain, but you should have at least had a generator to power the entire building. I noticed all the other hotels had backup power except mine. I also had no electricity when I woke up this morning. There was also a river of water in my apartment that came in when it rained and the window was closed. This is unacceptable. I need a full refund from this place. I can't stay another night.
