The place is well kept up, food in the restaurant is great. large pool just a great place as far as bang per peso goes. You can find nicer but you will pay quite a bit more, as a matter of fact you can pay more and not have near as nice.
A bit of a ride from the beach but they will always call tricycles for you really not a big deal, the money you save on the room you are still ahead.

I LIKED THE pool area the size and the grass to walk on

The staff were excellent and extended our stay without problems and for an excellent price whilst we were there.
Restaurant food was excellent and fairly priced. Choice of international dishes to suit most tastes .
Swimming pool was accessible and pleasant. All in all it was a very peaceful relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
The hotel is not particularly accessible on foot to the waterfront, which was my fault for not having brought my driving license. Having said that I believe the hotel will arrange transport.

Restaurant staff are great!
1. Our request for airport pickup was not handled properly. Kindly take a minute to view the thread of our communication in your website to have a good idea. On arrival, we decided to take a trike as the airport taxis are too costly.
2. Likewise, our request for a guided tour quotation was not attended to. I was told “it will be discussed on our arrival at the property.” I wanted to compare their price with other sources but how could I do that without the hotel’s quotation?
3. The flow of hot water in the room where we stayed is intermittent that we needed to adjust it from time to time while taking a shower.
4. The faucet knob of the sink needs a good cleaning.

upgraded our room which was great. good pool and use of the gym. staff really helpful and providing info. food at the restaurant was good. bed was comfortable and room was spacious.
the gym could do with a little upgrade as some items were broken, but overall pretty good. and we got some laundry done which wasn’t the best we had.

super friendly staff. great value for money. huge pool with great sun loungers. nice balcony overlooking the pool. FANTASTIC restaurant with big tasty breakfasts, amazing pumpkin soup and a nice choice of dinner options.
air con was noisy, woke us up a couple of times randomly in the night making loud noises. kettle in the room would have been nice. bathroom was a bit smelly, but all in all a great stay for the price.

My CR toilet bowl was dirty! I had to ask housekeeping (available only the following morning) to scrub it! Very limited toilet paper. No amenities. I expected more based on the reviews & pictures. I was let down. Wifi was terrible. The saving grace was their very kind staff.

Staff is outstanding, restaurant has a few Filipino, German, American and always has a few specials to keep things interesting. Steaks, Schnitzels, etc.
Probably the best breakfasts on Panglao and the cooks do better potatoes, properly cooked eggs, if you know how to request them, they know how to cook them.😋
The lounge pool is perfect for those that have found the secret of tanning being half submerged on the in pool lounge chaise chairs turning every 15 minutes, you will go home with a perfectly even tan. The locals laugh at how hard we try to tan, and how hard they try not to tan. "Potato...Potato" (potato...patato)... doesn't really work when writing it🤔 does it?!
Location literally just a few minutes from/to airport, quiet in an area just outside of most touristed areas, but close to my favorite White Beach which is less crowded but I believe more beautiful and great for snorkeling, swimming, BBQ...Yes I said BBQ😋, sun and sand worshipping.
So whether the adventurous exploring type, the I want to be left alone quiet type, nightlife type, want to get no closer to the beach or pool than from the Hotel bar... That becomes the grazing and watering hole and meeting place for several expats that came and never left.😁😎🤠🤪🧐🥸🤓 Like Noah's Ark for Expats with the constantly smiling locals to round it off. (I think they must have a smiling class in schools here... Be warned! Especially if you served in the military, everybody is "Sir" here or Ma'am, you'll find yourself expecting to salute back.
I just threaten to charge them ₱1.00 (₱58 to $1.00 US) every time they call me "Sir", they just laugh it off and say "OK Sir"... They make it hard to get mad at them 🥰. But are you ever really mad at people so eager to please?! I think not!
I don't like that I can't think of anything I didn't like! 😉
I'll let you know if I think of something.

This is by far the best location that is reasonably priced, full restaurant, pool, gym, laundry service, etc location on the Island of Panglao.
A short trip to the warm clear white sand beach of ... White Beach!
It is a short tricycle, motorbike ride to the action at Alona Beach and restaurants and shops
But the best part?... The staff whom are at the ready to make sure your stay is comfortable, get your food order, make sure you have enough towels, etc. Always with a smile! 😁
Rooms are bigger than most in the Philippines, are airy, good A/C, good water pressure in showers, hundred of international TC cable channels for almost every language.
Beds have firm single mattresses I find better than the than those big pillow top types you wake up sore in the morning.
Excellent WiFi (up to 300Mbps is your devices and phone can handle it.
WiFi calling is a breeze, but cellphone signals can be weak in certain areas.
Pool is one of the best ever for laying out sunning on either land based lounge chairs or semi-submerged I like to keep cool while getting my bake on.
Jugalis feels more comfortable and enjoyably quiet if you are not a fan of late night pounding music.
Those staying longer than a few days will begin adopting the staff.
OH! Massage!!! I get a daily massage a few steps from my door everyday by the petite masseuse Delia aka Dr Delia as I've nicknamed her that will surprise you with the power of her hands, elbows and knees that hit all of the right spots.
Cellphone reception very poor in certain areas.
Panglao, Bohol and many parts of the Philippines still experience power outages.
But Jugalis aka Sunshine Village has a generator that usually kicks in after a few minutes.

This was my forth time to stay there so obviously I like it So nice that there is not a bumpy dirt road to get there anymore. The food is excellent and the pool and garden are beautiful. The staff was great and very helpful.
I had quite a few issues with the room, shower leakage, plugged up toilets, faucet that did not work they even had to change my room but gave me a upgrade. In my other 3 stays there I never had any issues.

There is much to like. First of all the staff. Cathy and I would like to thank Joanne, Juliette, Keisha and Angel for the warm hospitality. The room was very nice with a lovely bouncy bed (Catherine’s words) and a lovely hot shower. The food was great and reasonably priced. The swimming pool was a daily treat also.
It was a fair distance from Tagbilaran City but that was hardly a deal breaker.

Spacious room, friendly staff
The pool isn't the cleanest, room cleaning still to improve

I really like the staff and the pool and my room. Everything!
I love this resort, though it's isolated. Everything I needed, I got here. I stayed for 6 days and didn't leave at all until my checkout day. The staff are very nice friendly and accommodating. It's the perfect resort if you want to find some peace.

The staff. The room. The pool and the restaruant were all great.
It was far enough from town that you could not really walk, but it was only a 100p ride to town. A local who lived really close by liked to play his music and sing karaoke very badly and loudly for hours on end. Other than that the place and staff were wonderful.

Rooms are spacious and other facilities really nice. Pool area and restaurant facilities is are super.
Road to the hotel is so poor, almost impossible to get by car. Location is also 10-15 mins driving from Alona, scooter must. Therefore the scooter rent should be not so expensive (550: many places has 350/day).

Same picture which were shown in website.
The massage was very great, must try! Very nice staff and helpful, the scooter also very new to rent and pool is great.
Will be good if have more towel.
