I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your hotel was highly unsatisfactory.

Apparently nothing, there is a broken faucet and room is unclean, first room they assigned to us is unpleasant and incredibly disappointing. Even the door lock is broken.

一次下訂三晚，住了一晚實在忍受不了..隔天心情很不悅的退房，飯店員工也沒權處理，只有不斷的抱歉😢 反應訂房網也沒有什麼幫助⋯⋯ 我想這是我最後一次在此網站下訂單了！

家庭房B002 有夠髒超多小蟲滿天飛！！！請房務處理完.. 幾分鐘後又不斷出現😨 設備老舊 .. 不知道「重新裝修」了哪些地方？有浴缸房，還不能使用浴缸🛁 因為沒有塞子，可惜不能上傳影片，小蟲子的影片真的看了會害怕😱

the nearby eatery (karinderiya)

they did not inform us (although we asked) that there are small shops (sari sari store) and restaurants (karinderiya the food was good and cheap ) where we could eat, but it's fine and understandable maybe management instructed the staff. Lesson learned to always. check the neighborhood for good finds :)

Cant imagine Id stay here again.

Pool was nice

Too much noise coming from outside our room, got next to no sleep as we had a wedding party booked beside us and they were very inconsiderate. Stray dog and cat on pool side of the room were very noisey as well. Ruined an otherwise nice stay.

Look to stay elsewhere...

Nice room and big bed

No fridge in a room when it's 35 degrees outside is not good when u can't cool your drinks. Also not having a safety deposit box in the room is not acceptable as you are always worried about your belongings or documents. Decking by the pool was damaged, sticking out and moving. Needs fixing or replacing ASAP. A lot of Chinese people having a party by the pool drinking and singing, being very loud when others trying to sleep. No staff to tell them to move to the restaurant area or tables at the front of hotel... Also very loud neighbours with some factory working on oxygen bottles for divers blasting loud music till very late so you can't relax by the pool or even in the room.

the only thing good was the breakfast and the staff.. all the staff are very accommodating and friendly.

they don't have credit card. they keep mom waiting outside the lobby for hours even i have the confirm booking. this hotel only think about money. i booked 5 rooms in my name on booking.com it was said i need to pay 2000 pesos for deposit. but it did not say i need to pay 2000 each room. they wont let you in even i pay half of the room price. they needed full and to think they dont have credit card machine. that i booked and pay online already. the manager was a Chinese lady who cant even speak English properly. the room has spiders everywhere on the selling in the bed. the doors was old and damage.. everything you see in the photos are real. but the cleanliness are bad. and the management was very poor on handling their guest properly. i never experienced like this on 5star hotels. i payed 35 thousand pesos for all the rooms and yet this the way you treat your guest very poor.

It was okay.

My child loved the swimming pool since it is clean and well-maintained.

1. The cleanliness. The family room we booked was not clean. We encountered many roaches plus the sink had a lot of stains. Mosquitoes also filled the place. 2. The location. We had to spend 150 php one way just to get to Alona beach. It’s a bit far.

The staff smiles all the time. The swimming pool is the best! Ms. Rhea and Ms. Marie is very approachable.

Just the bathroom- when you take a bath, the water leaks into the toilet.

Didnt like any of it😏

My son was trapped inside the bathroom, that doesn’t have any way of getting in and out except for the door that doesn’t have a way to open from outside. The lock inside was rusty hence my son struggled to open it up given that he is only 7 years old. He was crying and traumatized, no vent was noted as well, theres really no way to get in except to break the door. Fortunately I was able to calm mi son down and instructed him to keep on trying to unlock the knobs, it was a bit complicated for a 7 years old as well, although the staff was responsive, they were clueless as well. I believe this is a hazard and a safety issue to its occupant. The water smells rusty, although the main building looks new and modern, it was rusty. I wasn’t pleased at all… it is all pricey for this matter that I am Writing my complaint. Given that this incident happened and i booked 6 rooms for my family, all I got from the reception staff was “we are very sorry ma’am”. If I didn’t rant to the reception about what happened, these folks doesn’t seem to care at all… will not go back to this place… I recommend you to go else where!!! My son was traumatized and would not dare to lock doors anymore😔 I am so disappointed.

The ambiance is good, and the bed is comfortable.

Room is too tight. Aircon is not working well.No hot shower. Didnt like the taste of the water. Noisy environment. Didnt inform us ahead that the pool is still being repaired. No credit card option, only cash payment.

Everything about the place catered to the Chinese nationals, room wasn’t the same as what we booked via their online pictures, looks old and unclean plus everything needs a payment. cash basis and waivers to trap you into paying if you did something so it wasn’t really that comfortable.

The location is amazing cuz it's quiet. Love all the foods they serve. The rooms were cleaned well and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

The rooms were very nice & clean. Quiet place to relax and unwind after a great island experience. The staff were excellent, they took care of our needs and requests (kudos to Rhea & Marie).

The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to meet all of our needs.

The rooms were not really sound proof, I mean we woke up at 4am hearing the banging of the door next to us plus the room above us we can hear them moving their chairs and the room beside us too, we can hear their tv running at 3am m, we weren't able to have a good sleep because of that.
