This establishment is a real scam, to avoid absolutely

We did not like anything, a mistake not to be made again.

My wife and I were shocked by the size of the room and the size of the bed which were too small. They made fun of us by giving us a 120/140 cm bed for two adults and a too small room. The pictures of the rooms published on the website don't show the truth, they only publish nice rooms with big beds. I called the receptionist many times to change the room by showing him the pictures published on the website but without success. In addition to this calvary, the blind of the window was broken we couldn't sleep well when the sun rose. Note also that it is an old apartment of 4 rooms without wifi. I took some pictures to show you the reality of this establishment.

Room was tiny. Beds (cots) were tiny. Cash deposit was required before room was shown.

I expected something different but at the end it was okay.

Since the price was reduced to half, it was okay.

I had to wait half an hour in front of the door despite the fact that the receptionist was in the hostel and I wrote in advance and rang the bell.

Pleasant

IT IS POSSIBLE to open the windows (because we read other reviews that it wasn't possible). It's rather clean and it's pretty convenient to have an equipped kitchen, an iron and a hairdryer. The bus stop to/from the airport is 3minutes by foot only and you also have two supermarkets in the area. The manager was waiting for us a long time. It was nice and kind..

Very noisy (on the street right out of the window) there is a family screaming on the sidewalk from 10am till 2 or 3am every night + lots of traffic around, so although it is possible to open the window, we had to keep it closed at night. It gets very hot inside in summer (+no air conditioning, just an old ceiling fan). You have to be ready to pay for a tourist tax (3 euros per night per person) so you won't get surprised like we were. Otherwise, the pictures do not reflect the reality. Our room was much smaller than what we expected although very tidy.

Was attending the MWC

Room was a bit not clean, the bed, the floor, the blankets were smelling like humidity. The bathroom is so basic, unorganized and not really comfy, I didn't use the toilet for my whole stay because of that.

On the first day when I arrived, the manager asked for an additional fee of 10-14 euros - she said it was a tourist tax ... considering that all taxes must be published on the booking site

Exceptional

Affordable price. Small balcony. Nothing fancy but everything needed for a short term stay. Walking distance to the metro and restaurants. No log out - just leave the key. The entrance hall with the mirror wall was impressive. Staff was easy to contact via whatsapp. Logg in was fast and easy despite the fact I dont speak any spanish. Small neat shared kitchen where u can keep and cook ur food. Less than 5min walking distance from Lidl. Shared bathroom was clean too. Comfortable bed. There was a heater and thick blanket available if needed. We enjoyed our stay and can warmly recommend the place for a low budget stay.

I have no complaints.

Very good

It's in a good location, and we got the room we expected 2 separate beds. The room is nice if you're having a busy day in the city and come back to sleep. It's a clean place.

It's a cheap, clean place to spend a couple of nights.

The owner allowed me to stay in the common room after the checkout to use the internet connection.

One of the guests heavely fried in the kitchen and the smell remained in the air until the next morning (kitchen and common room have no windows)
