Very clean and well maintained boat 🚤 Nice layout to the rooms allowing excellent views. Wonderful very attentive staff. Food was delicious, abundant and well presented with many dishes reminiscent of fine dining. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The 2 days were exactly as expected.
Room directly over the engine and not good for a light sleeper.
Time for last lunch at 9.30am is stupid.it should be a brunch with different menu.
Need to be more flexible if I want a drink outside the program times.
Safe didn't work in the room.

Alisa Cruise exceeded our expectations when it came to the boat itself, compared to other boats I think Alisa had both value for money and quality. The Breakfast and lunches were self serve buffet style with plentiful choices, Dinner was a set menu with several courses that are mostly seafood, but if seafood is not your thing you can ask for alternatives prior to boarding the cruise and an equally impressive alternative is served up. The top deck was lovely and we spent most of our time hanging out up there when cruising and enjoying the spectacular scenery.
Happy hour on the top deck in the evening was also really lovely.
Our room was better than expected. Being a triple room it was located at the back corner of the boat so had views to the rear and the side with a huge verandah at the back.
The staff did everything to make the cruise a nice experience.
That the cruise only went as far as Titop island where it anchored after only a few hours of cruising and stayed there till mid morning the next day, then cruised back to port. As we discovered the 3 tours from the boat all happen from this anchorage point and you are shuttled out on a smaller boat. The walk to Titop was worth it for the view but not for the swim on the beach. Kayaking was really disappointing but worth it for a bit of exercise but the Cave trip was amazing.
I am assuming there are regulations around where the larger cruise boats can go and I am hoping the limited cruising distance is to protect the rest of Halong Bay. But it would be nice if the boats could move around a little more, even to just anchor in a more quiet and secluded area as all the boats seem to anchor in close proximity to each other and to this area.

Everything on this trip was outstanding, from the boat itself, to facilities, food, service and the activities. We couldn’t have wished for more! Especially the staff was so wonderful and so considerate of everything. It was truly amazing experience and worth every penny. We would especially like to thank the cruise manager for the exceptional customer service and heartfelt gestures, he was just the kindest person to have around.

The cruise was half empty as we stayed in low season. I expected a Luxury cruise, I was wrong. It was ok but for the price we paid I expected much better food and facilities. The staff was happy and cheerful but overall it was expensive for what it was.
The gym area is very run down...

New cruise. Room is spacious and nice.
Food was a disappointment. Poor selection of seafood. The timetable for activities is quite inconvenient. Breakfast 6:45-7:30 is too early. We had to wake up early for morning activities but then ended up waiting for 30-45mins later for the shuttle bus.

Beautiful scenery; lovely well managed cruise and delicious food.
loved it !

Food was very tasty. Crew was entertaining whole trip and set up a nice program.
Via Booking.com I booked the ‘Alisa Luxury Cruise’ but it does not seem to exist as we eventually boarded the ‘Alisa Premier Cruise.’ Rooms felt outdated. WiFi worked in restaurant only. We were told that soft drinks were also included during happy hour, but when we got the bill we had to pay for them. They also informed beforehand about a 3% Credit card fee but it turned out they add the fee themselves on the bill instead of having the bank processing the fee automatically.

We did the 2 day cruise, which I would highly recommend, the second day is just truly amazing. The cruise boat was lovely and we had a great cabin with a balcony and jacuzzi bath. The staff were amazing, the food incredible. James our guide was superb.
this is not really a criticism, but perhaps a warning about how much food you will be served in one sitting would help you to be cautious about eating too much early!

Very disappointed and I feel cheated with the situation.
I was asked to pay in advance in order to make the booking, through a link outside of booking (insisting that if I didn't pay I would lose the money).
Once the payment was made, the next day they informed us that they were very sorry but the boat could not be filled and that they would relocate us to another boat.
I doubt very much that in the emails insisting on payment they did not know the situation, so I feel cheated by the situation.
We were offered another boat of similar quality but with a different itinerary and activities. We had to accept as we had to travel the next day and there was no margin to apply.
I would not recommend this company.

The whole trip was organized perfectly. Facilities were great, staff was exceptional.

Beautiful boat (best one that we saw on the bay) and not crowded (about 30 passengers). Rooms are amazing, with a balcony and a superb bathroom.
Excellent food, great quality. Excellent organisation, great timing for activities.
Just be aware - there is no wifi onboard and limited phone signal.

We booked a triple room and it turned out that was one of the rooms with best view and facilities in the cruises (private wide balcony, located on the highest floors which significantly reduces the noises from the engines). Large windows so we could enjoy breath-taking view of Ha Long Bay and take numerous beautiful photos.
The food was also amazing too, whether it was a set-menu dinner or buffet. Staff was nice and helpful. One more thing we appreciated is that the manager knows the tourist attractions so well, that he flexibly arrange the schedule for us to visit the island when it was less crowded, and let us do the kayaking instead of visiting that island when lots of people were there :)
Nothing to complain, we had an amazing time there :)

"Kam on " for our amazing trip. It was lucky to us as the bay was not so crowded like we imagined before the trip. Very peaceful atmostphere , enjoyed the kayaking and the cooking class much. Cabin is not so big but very clean with smart decorations. Foods were definitely the highlights. Much love from us to all of the amazing people served us well.
