Imprensincible visitar la Bahía de Ha Long

La experiencia. Todo muy bien organizado. Paisaje increíble. La tripulación muy amable y en especial a Tiger que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y resolvió todas nuestras dudas

Toit perfecte, Davis ha estat super atent, i en el nostre cas que no mengem carn, ens ha ofert plats especials. Hem.passat 2 dies fantàstics, molt bé tant les instalacions com les activitats.Recomanable. Hem estat una nit, crec que és suficient.

Et dejligt cruise. Var så fantastisk bare at sidde og kigge ud hele tiden. Personalet var også exceptionelt. Alle stod o

Kahytterne var ekstraordinært store sammenlignet med andre cruises vi har været på. Vi fik en dejlig følelse af luksus ombord.

Poolen var lidt kold men vi havde også regnvejr da vi var ombord, den ville nok have været dejlig på en solrig dag så man kunne blive kølet lidt ned

Highly recommend Dora Cruise!

The boat was beautifully cared for and finished. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - especially Mai. The tour guides were honest and informative. We were given a schedule and it was followed very well. The food was delicious and there was lots of it.

Nothing - apart from all the litter/trash in Ha Long Bay. It would be great if all the tour companies and guests could contribute to keeping it clean.

Inolvidable experiencia

Todo. Experiencia absolutamente maravillosa. Instalaciones, servicio, comida, actividades…. Una maravilla. A destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de nuestra camarera, Cheese. Un encanto de persona. Otra sugerencia, si tenéis tiempo y presupuesto, muchisimo mejor el programa de 3 dias-2 noches. Adentrarse en la zona de Lan Ha, mucho menos atestada de barcos; y las actividades del día hicieron nuestra experiencia inolvidable.

Definitely our favorite and definitely will come back!

We like how proactive the crews services are and how they took care of us, especially “Cheese” Linh Chi, she was exceptional.

The Wifi and TV functionality could improve otherwise everything was perfect.

We had some problems with the shampoo and body shower dispensers because they didn't work.

A 5* experience from beginning to end!

Dora Cruise was the most efficient experience we had whilst in Vietnam. We opted for the transfers to and from our hotel in Hanoi which was very comfortable. Although there have been comments on stopping at the pearl factory, it is only for 30mins, similarly there have been a few comments on the boat ride to the big boat, but it does allow for a great tour of the bay prior to boarding the bigger boat. Our room was incredible and the staff were very helpful. Although there are a variety of activities these are definitely an opt in/opt out which was beneficial for us as on the second day we chose to enjoy our cabins balcony.

Absolutely nothing, however I would suggest offering the option to eat outside on deck as there are many tables.

Had the best time and was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam

It was a clean, beautiful property with all basic amenities. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. They happily did babysitting for us so that we could do activities, have fun or eat in peace. Also, they tried customising our food as per our individual preferences and choices which was commendable

Great Cruise for a 3day/2night stay

The boat was well maintained and spacious, did not feel congested at any point during my stay. The rooms were clean, conformable and the balcony was a nice addition. The staff especially Bruce, Lyn and Nam were very accommodating and helpful. Activities were well coordinated. Enjoyed the 3day/2night package as there was enough time to relax on the boat and partake in activities (e.g. Cat Ba island tour) without feeling rushed.

The wifi was limited throughout the journey (mentioned at the start of the trip) and had to rely on mobile data when available. Would recommend to upgrade the wifi service for better coverage.

Okay for one night

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room had a balcony which was nice and peaceful

Room had single bed and a double ( only needed one bed) so made the room small and no space at one side of bed. Bed linen and towels not very good quality. Food was average.

A wonderful one night cruise

Our room was superb. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious and very well presented. Check in and out was done with ease.

Amazing 3 day, 2 nights stay

Everything was great. Really amazing food, great trips from the boat and cozy atmosphere. All staff members were wonderful and welcoming. Especially Cheese who was always smiling, helpful and went the extra mile :-) We would happily come back again.

The guitar music covers that were on repeat at the restaurant all the time was a bit annoying. Just play some Vietnamese music instead :-)

Veldig fine og komfortable rom. Servicen var god og personalet var vennlige og hyggelige.

Badekaret på rommet hadde nesten ikke vanntrykk så vi fikk ikke benyttet badekaret. Noen andre gjester sa det samme om sitt badekar.

Wonderful 2-night stay!

Our two-night stay with Dora Cruises was exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness made the experience memorable. Seamless transfers to and from Hanoi and the airport added to the convenience. Although the weather made kayaking and swimming less viable, the day trips remained enjoyable. The outstanding food, coupled with a not-too-crowded atmosphere, created a pleasant dining experience. The beautiful scenery served as a picturesque backdrop to the entire cruise. Overall, Dora Cruises offers a delightful escape with excellent service and stunning surroundings.

Some minor maintenance needs to be addressed.

Not interesting

The staff were very nice and helpful in spite that they don’t speak English.

The food variety in breakfast was very limited. Small insects were present in the rooms and bathrooms and everywhere. They charged us extra 3 % for payment with credit cards when we used the spa. TV wasn’t working and no other entertainment was available.

Puntualidad excelente. Personal muy atento y amables. Comida abundante, variada y de calidad. Instalaciones limpias y apropiadas. Camioneta de traslado muy confortable.

No todos hablan el idioma inglés pero se esfuerzan por entender y solucionar cualquier inconveniente.
