Our group was an extended family of 6 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their own space, their own bathrooms and the common rooms were big enough for everyone to spend time together so it was a perfect combo of relax and fun!
The home is old with lots of nooks and crannies with lots of pieces of history yet all updated and comfortable. Backyard is private and fenced in and the location is unbeatable. Truly a wonderful vacation experience.

Perfect location, walking distance to downtown. Very large home for large groups. Very well stocked. Nice fenced in yard for dogs. Various games and nice fire pit outside. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Loved this place! Very clean. Very spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a great time!

Wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our two families, with two king suites, bunk beds, multiple floors and two living rooms. We were so thankful to have a great house to hang out in since the weather was less than good for being outside. Our favorite part was all of the games! Lots of shuffleboard tournaments. You will not be disappointed in this rental!

The home is worn down and needs repair. We found the house extremely dirty. Food from last tenants in kitchen and on the floors throughout the house. Multiple broken windows panes not fixed left broken to the outside or some repaired with bandaids. Kitchen hood barely hanging on and does not work, one bathroom with tub/shower has poor drainage leaving you standing in water when taking a shower. Cob webs in the bedrooms. Very disappointed. Would not consider this place until owner makes all repairs and gets place cleaned up.

We had a good time with our family of 11 (3 children under 5). Just wish we didn’t have a cold bug running through our group during our stay.
The size and location of the place were great! Having a short drive to Mt Cranmore and walking distance to coffee shops plus the playground were a plus.
We would certainly stay here again in the future.

My men's group chose this place for its winter retreat and it worked out fantastic for us. Close to ski hills and right in the village. The house has plenty of comfortable beds and spaces where we could congregate. Kitchen was equipped well and the backyard hot tub was a plus. Hope to return next year.

The location of this property is perfect, right at the village and a mile from Mt. Cranmore. The house exceeded our expectations; very clean, beautifully decorated and a great size for our family that needs 5 bedrooms.
We had a wonderful time and expect to be returning next year...
Thank you to our host for a wonderful weekend.

Went away for a girl's shopping weekend. Even though the weather did not cooperate, and we ended up spending more time indoors than expected, the place had everything we needed to make the stay a memorable one.

This property is very spacious- perfect for a large group. The location is perfect to enjoy the white mountains. The property walkable to many shops and great restaurants.
The property itself is in great condition and the beds were comfortable.

Six bedroom home accommodated us all nicely but a few of these single/twin beds were on the third floor which had no convenient bathroom. You had to go down a steep, curvy staircase and at night not so easy for some of us. One main bathroom used by six of us needed some love; really an update to shower handle, new shower liner & clogged drain repair would be welcomed. Beds were comfortable and nice decor. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was delightful! It fit seven adults comfortably and we had beautiful weather for early October. Living rooms are very comfortable and roomy. Parking for five was perfect for us and backyard very roomy for outdoor activities. Large dining area also nice for our group. New kitchen bar stools might be a nice consideration. Overall a thumbs up! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home so close to town!

This property was great for a large group. There was 13 of us. 8 adults and 5 children all 16 and younger. There was something to do for all ages. Walking distance to downtown N. Conway. 15 minute drive to Echo Lake Park (I recommend a reservation days prior). The property has everything you need and a wonderful back yard. One of the best parts was the food truck right next to the property.

Property was really in a great location with plenty of room for 8 of us and a large yard. I use VRBO 5-10 times a year and this was the best one I have rented so far. Host was very quick to respond to all questions.

We had a great stay at this home. We had both adults and young kids and it met the needs of all. There was plenty of space. The fire places throughout the house kept the house nice and warm. The couches and beds were all very comfortable. The location was great to walk into town. The house was fully equipped. We’d gladly come back again.

This is an excellent house for a large group like ours. We enjoy the in-town location for walkability and the common areas are big enough for our group meals and conviviality. The hot tub is a winner too! We will be back!

We loved this house! Immediately upon walking in you’ll notice how much space you have! It’s like a maze. It has cute mountain touches all around and it was definitely a unique space.
The hot tub was magical and definitely needed!
It truly has everything you’d need for a long or short trip and I’d definitely rent again if visiting with a large group!
Location is SO ideal and you can walk to so many places.
Overall, great stay & great property! Loved it.

Walking distance to Zebs and the main North Conway strip. House was beautiful and historic with so much room. Only complaint was the tv in the main living room wasn’t a smart tv and fire place in that living room was not operational. Other than that though it was an ideal property for hosting multiple families. Would definitely book again.

This house had plenty of room for our group of ten (and there's room for more). We're here for shopping and relaxing and we did it all. Shopping the village is just a few steps out the door and getting back and forth to Settler's Green is a straight shot down North-South Rd to avoid the traffic on Rt 16. With two ensuite master bedrooms, and 4 more bedrooms, there's room for everyone. Two living rooms give plenty of space to spread out and a nice big dining table to eat meals together.

We had a wonderful time, first time staying so close to town we could walk! The home was comfortable and inviting, plenty of room for all of us. Thank you!

The beds are mid-leading. To get to the 3rd floor bedrooms, you have to go up very steep stairs, and the 2 bedrooms up there have child size beds. There is no bathroom on the 3rd floor.
There were only 7 forks in the entire kitchen (there were 11 of us). Only 5 cars fit in the driveway. No hot water on last morning, host said that happens ofter due to a breaker issue.
Very close to Village!

The home was clean and tidy upon arrival with easy access inside. It was exactly as pictured and is nicely decorated while having all the amenities. We came with a large group of friends with children and there was plenty of space for the 4 families. We were extremely close to Storyland and downtown N. Conway. The perfect location for our trip!

Our family of eleven enjoyed the large home and yard, loved the hot tub and fire pit, and all right in the heart of the Village! We ate, shopped, hiked, played games and thoroughly enjoyed our time together!

Excellent location in walking distance to so much! The house is huge with a nice yard. Scott was quick to respond to any questions and he was very accommodating allowing our dogs. We had a great vacation!

We were looking for a family vacation in which we could enjoy North Conway and the surrounding area. This house fit the bill perfectly. We were one short block from the center of the Village of North Conway. We had children as young as 2 and walked everywhere without the need for a stroller. We were at Zeb’s, morning coffee and Schouler Park which had the most amazing playground for the kids.
The house was wonderful, our host Scott thought of everything you would need to feel like you were in your home away from home. There were paper goods, cleaning supplies, hand soaps and bath soaps, detergents etc. I have rented homes in past and always had to bring these products. All the rooms were large and easily accommodated our family of 10. The bedrooms with king beds were very large and beautifully decorated. If I could add just one comment for families with different age children. We had 3 children under age of 5 and the two bedrooms on the third floor would not work for young children. They would be completely isolated and it’s steep stairs to get up there. But for a family with children 8 and up they would love the independence and distance from the grownups. The yard was amazing and so much bigger than the photos. We were playing kickball, Wiffle ball and football. The deck was wonderful to sit out for meals or watch the little ones and have a drink.
The checkin process was smooth and the house was spotless when we arrived. One little blip is that air conditioning was not working but we reached out to the owner and he immediately responded and had his local crew working on it that evening. It needed a part and could be fully fixed until the next day but the owner was in communication with us non stop through the process. Scott has such dependable, trustworthy companies working for him we went about our day and did all our activities knowing our belongings were safe. It was a wonderful trip, and the e house and it’s location was a huge part of that. In the words of my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter “I want to go back to our vacation house tomorrow”

My friends and I loved our stay in this large home for our annual weekend away. The house is large and sleeps a lot of people quite comfortably. The layout allows for quiet space for all, with multiple living rooms and bedrooms spread out throughout the house. The house was in the perfect location steps to the main downtown street of the North Conway village. Working with the owner/manager was very easy and he was very communicative through the entire process. We will be back some day and highly recommend this property!

The home is very inviting. Beds so comfortable great space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Management quick to answer any questions. Felt like home . Wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Could walk into village easily. Don't hesitate to book this property.
8.0 / 10.0
My family enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located property in North Conway. The house was very large and comfortable, and the location was ideal for walking to town. The property manager was very helpful and quick to reply to any inquiries. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the property is quite dated, and it wasn't easy to tell that from the pictures. Some of the furniture was very worn and a little unstable, and the rugs were very dirty. Something else to be aware of- the snow plows were incessantly running at all hours of the night, beginning around 3 am. They literally shook the house when going by. There's nothing the homeowner can do to remedy that, but important to know as a renter nonetheless.
