This is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. We were in a back unit, and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Site is dated. Staff was helpful, but is not available at night or a checkout early on Sunday morning. Room had trash from previous party and no elevator to 2nd floor.

This stay left a lot to be desired. Pros: The room felt homey and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Minimal hospitality and customer service, especially considering the price. The office is only open 8a-8p, so if you need something outside of those hours, you’re SOL. That also meant the coffee bar was only open during those hours as well, so if you are an early riser, plan on having to leave the property to find coffee and breakfast. The place needs some basic maintenance — e.g. this place does not have key cards, they have actual keys — the key barely worked in the door so we had to jiggle our doorknob pretty violently every time we wanted to unlock the door, and forget about locking the deadbolt from the outside; the sink in the bathroom desperately needs unclogged; the fireplace was nice, but always emits an ambient heat even when it is “off”, which made it harder to cool the room. They did not offer a mid-stay room cleaning, so if you wanted your trash removed, guests were instructed to leave it outside their door (tripping hazard). Would not stay here again. I have had better experiences in lower rated, less expensive hotels.

The garbage truck wake me up at 6 AM on Tuesday morning. Look nice outside, need an update inside. But no regret. People was great with us and give good restaurants suggestions. It's ok for a night but if you can pay for better choose another one.

Wasn’t sure what to expect stayed in the back, it was quiet. The road is very busy out front many other motels forward facing units as well if I return to North Conway I will return to Golden Gables.

Nice place to stay! Room was very large and clean. Big bathroom, TV, refrigerator, and a microwave. Staff were very friendly. The area was nice and right near the outlets!! I suggest to try Dave’s Bagels near the Inn.

Room was clean, easy parking and convenient to shops and places to eat. The only slight inconvenience was there wasn't daily room cleani g. They have a system to get new towels when needed. We didn't care that the bed wasnt changed daily. It was clean and everything worked in the room. There was a fridge and small microwave in room that was nice to have. We never had a chance to try out the pool or hot tub but the area looked nice. For the value, I would stay there again.

Only a short stay for us. Limited interaction in person with staff, but pleasant. We were coming up from CT, for a wedding. I called ahead the day before asking for an early check-in. Spoke with Lexi the day before and day of check in and she was very helpful. Thank you to Lexi, office staff and cleaning crew for accommodating so that we could get to wedding on time.

We have stayed here many times and always have had the best experience. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We needed a late check in and they were so accommodating. Thank you for an another wonderful stay, we will see during ski season!😃

Everything was good about the property except the pool area. The lawn furniture was in poor condition and the area around the pool deck was dirty. They could also do some trimming around the pool fence. The few days we were there the same cigarette butts we’re under the table we used

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a short walk from many stores and restaurants. Front desk staff is welcoming and always smiling. Room was clean, quiet and perfect for our little getaway.
