Amazing stay !

Tout était parfait et fidèle à la description et aux photos. Appartement décoré avec goût, propreté impeccable, situé juste à l'extérieur de Santa Teresa, au calme !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit très soigné. BRAVO aux propriétaires pour leur travail dans ce petit paradis à prix abordable !

Excellent small apartment with everything you need

Great little apartment with good attention to detail. A lot of small things which help make a difference like hangers, shelves, a cup for your toothbrush etc. Good pool, cute outside area and balcony, comfortable bed, and a really nice kitchen. Also, the owner was very helpful in sending us public transport schedules and instructions on how to find the place without a car. We loved it and extended one more night (would've extended more if it was available). Would definitely recommend.

The wifi could've been better, dropping out from time to time. Minor detail and not sure where to put it, but it would be nice to also have a table to eat at indoors, or another chair for the small desk.

Super nice host and comfortable flat

We stayed at Calma Apartments for two nights and had a very good stay there! The host was really nice and shared a lot of valuable information about Santa Teresa with us. Our room was very comfortable with a small kitchen, a fridge and a balcony. Also, we had cooled filtered water prepared in our fridge and appreciated it a lot.

Comfortable and very clean.

We stayed there for a week. The apartment was super clean and they even offer daily cleaner for free. internet speed was 80Mb down 20Mb up when we tested it. We were able to work from there most of the time without problems (but don’t forget that you are in the middle of the jungle and nobody in the whole town can guarantee you 100% internet stability or even electricity!) The attention of Andrea and Txema was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

perfect place to explore mal pais and santa teresa, great and friendly owner, comfortable and stylish. stable wifi, pool

it really has a style, nice pool, all equipment you need for comfortable living, Andrea was great friendly host, close to the beach and to the town center for dining

if you expect quiet place you might be disappointed. behind the house there is main toad which is bringing a noise from old motorcycles and quads. also do not expect view, we have hot the below apartment with partial view to the wall

Beautiful apartment, lovely hosts

Beautiful apartment and lovely hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, and fab pool for cooling off. Peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here and was a perfect base for our surfing days.

This apartment is at the quieter end of Carmen so 10 minutes walking along the road is required to get to restaurants/ shops. Other than being a bit dusty this wasn't really an issue for us and has the bonus of being more peaceful. Perhaps having some bicycles for guests to use might be nice idea?

Calma is in a great location, it’s secure, it’s cute/well decorated and the owners are super accommodating and responsive.

The hosts were very attentive, the place was clean, the beach close by.

The little condo was very clean and nicely decorated, the location was perfect!

The apartment is located in a 4 apartment building. Ours had the entrance door located at the back of the building. To reach the main door, one had to go around the building on a very narrow path. Common areas were extremely small, no space for walking around.

Nice and comfortable location, close to town and beach. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. They provide great tipps and even take care of reservations if so wished. Can't recommend them enough :).

It can be a bit loud at times, since the front door is directed towards the main road.

Ahhh Calma Apartments ❤️ when a place is made with love, you feel it. This is what you feel when you stay with the lovely family from Calma. the flat we booked was exactly like on the photos. very clean and maintained place. it has all kitchen equipment you need for a meal in.

The location was perfect. The hosts were kind and considerate and communicated prior to the date of booking as well as throughout the trip.

Road noise was higher than expected but this is due to the high volume and growth in the area.

everything was super clean and the hosts were incredibly nice

there are ongoing constructions just beside the property so there’s some noise, nothing that Calma can control but they even changed the doors to noise cancelling ones, the good customer service was worth it

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay at Calma. The place was very well equipped, providing a comfortable stay. There were a lot of nice touches in decoration of the place. Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful providing local tips and recommendations. The Appartment was also walking distance from an amazing surf beach. I would definitely come back.
