it was beautiful,there is nothing to criticise except the swimming pool issue and hoping that it will be attended to or

Excellent stay

Check in was nice and easy, the unit is clean and modern. The only critique - the unit is built in a very modern fashion, but unfortunately there was a light that was shining into my room the entire night from the garden lights that is impossible to prevent because of the way the structure is built - and because you are sleeping at another person's property you feel bad waking them up for this so I really did not have a good night's sleep.

It was a good break for us.

It is peaceful, clean and pleasant. The deco is lovely.

Booking.com had stated that it was a unit with 2 bedrooms. On arrival, the second bedroom was locked, and we were informed that we paid for one bedroom. We were referred to the rates in their website, which we did not use to book.

Great location, beautiful guesthouse and garden, great unit.

The hostess, Hersha, was extra friendly and welcoming. The unit was comfy and has a lot of facilities. The garden is exceptional and so beautiful.

The bed/mattress seriously needs to be replaced in the Wolf Unit.

what a great experience

Everything. Wolf unit is amazing, I felt like home. All the comfort, the garden, house security. The housekeeping lady was so friendly and the management was able to help whenever we needed. I would definitely return and suggest to future guests this house.

We had problems with the Internet. This was terrible, no one in the house was able to use the internet. I had couple of important calls with the internet problem it would be impossible but the host was truly amazing and figure out some option so that I could attend my meetings.

Fabulous place, very well equiped and friendly staff.

Humongous gardens and even though situated on a property with other units, it still feels secluded. Well equipped and very sweet staff.

Some eye for detail in the design was lost. For example, no plugs anywhere near a well lit mirror.

The decorations was exceptional and grounds were beautiful and well kept 👌

They had no mini lotion, soap, shower cap etc... so if you accidentally forgot toiletries you'd have to go find some. Try get solar panels or mini generator.

Needs maintenance

The house is the way it was from the website. It's spacious.

The bedding was stained,the water drain in the bathrooms took forever to take the water out.the door handle was broken we found it that way the lady sad it will be fixed but we left the whole day Saturday but we came back to the same broken dirty house after we asked if it's going to be cleaned and she sad yes.The was a cat that kept on coming in the house and that was really unpleasant.The quarter bed is really old and broken and worn out makes loud sounds I had unpleasant night Friday I even went to a spa that is how soar my body was.The guest entrance/exit yoh Mara car the gate trail the Trench is so deep and really not good 4 low cars.
