About this house rental

Perfect setting in the Colorado Mountains, with a view to match. Large home that has 5 bedrooms (plus 2 additional sleeping areas for a total of 8 sleeping areas), sleeps 15+. Also, a private hot tub!

This beautiful home backs to a wooded area and views of the mountains yet it is very close to town and directly across from the free shuttle. Enjoy the mountain feel, while sitting in your large private hot tub with great views in the back or hop on the free shuttle and be downtown or at Winter Park Ski resort in minutes. This beautiful mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, as well as the Fraser tubing hills. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

This house offers the high-end amenities you would expect in a perfect vacation home: Flat Screen TV's, with Xbox 360, a gas fireplace, and space for everyone to enjoy!

HOME LAYOUT

Main Level:

1 Car Garage includes breaker panel, snow shovel

- Entryway with space for coats and shoes, closet with highchair, broom and dustpan.

- Bathroom #1: (in entry) half bath with sink and toilet

- Kitchen includes 5 burner electric stove top, French door fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig, and a drip coffee maker

- Granite breakfast bar with 3 stools

- Dining Room with seating for 12

- Family Room has a fireplace, 2 couches, sleeper sofa and a coffee table

- Bedroom #1: King Bed, dresser, closet (pack n play), nightstands.

- Bathroom #2: (Within bedroom #1) includes a double sink, stand up shower, and a toilet room.

Upper Level:

- Bedroom #2: King Bed, dresser, nightstands, closet with shared bathroom

- Bedroom #3: King Bed, dresser, chair, nightstands, closet with shared bathroom

- Bathroom #3: (shared with bedrooms 2 & 3) has a double sink, toilet & shower/tub combo


Lower Level:

- Family Room: 2 couches, coffee table, flatscreen TV, Xbox. There are also double doors leading to the outdoor patio and hot tub.

- Bedroom #4: King Bed, closet, dresser and nightstands with a shared bathroom

- Laundry Room: has front loading washer, front loading dryer, iron, cabinet

- Bedroom #5: bunk room with 2 full over full bunks (very large and can easily sleep two adults) with a shared bathroom. Total of 4 beds

- Bathroom #4: has a toilet, single sink and shower/tub combo

- Bedroom #6: King Bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, with a shared bathroom


The kitchen is fully stocked with all the large appliances, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home.

Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels.

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9 pm to 7 am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 3 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking is allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. We had 20 people staying at the home and more than came over to visit but there was plenty of areas to hang out in so it never seemed to be crowded. The kitchen had a plethora of cookware to feed everyone. The coffee machine would be our only complaint, as it was very, very slow and we were making several pots each morning. I appreciated the fans in the house and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house and rooms were nice and big to accommodate 5 different families, all with small children. The location was close to stores and trails in town and close enough for day trips into the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP.

We used this home for a family reunion of fifteen. We loved the layout of this spacious house and the views. The kitchen was very big and well equipped. The large table was great for meals and board games. The den was the prefect hang spot for the young folks. The Winter Park area was beautiful and offered plenty of activities for everyone. The check-in and check-out process was very simple due to great communication with the host. Everyone had a great time!
