3. Bugs and Mosquitoesssssss
4. transportation. The last day without our rental car is troublesome.
5. Difficulty in trash collection if you live more than 3 consecutive days.
6. Staff could not care less.

I really liked the view of the beach.

Huge family room. Beautiful beach view. Amazing burger place across the street. Extra bath tub on the porch.
If we wanted to extend our stay, they would charge us more than what we paid for (2 nights) for an additional night. Ridiculous rate they gave us. The breakfast was meant for homeless people too. Horrible. Nearest train station was a 25 minute walk.

The beach view
The bathroom needs to be upgraded for the price. Check is at 5pm or additional charge, and checkout was 1200. They called at 1130 when I didn't ask for it.

The location was as on the pictures shown so close to the beach. The view was amazing. We only stayed for 1 night but it was really worth it for the view and atmosphere! A CU was right next door, so you were able to buy some drinks and a snack.
It was rather far away from a bus station after a day full of walking. The bathroom has no door or rather see through glass doors. When traveling with family this is not so convenient.

Nice view of the beach from the balcony
The bed was hard it felt like sleeping on a cupboard. We were told breakfast is served from 7-9AM. We came down at 8.40AM and they chased us away saying they stopped serving breakfast at that time. This is during the low season where there were not many guests around. And their breakfast was just toasted bread, they didn’t run out of them. So we were not asking them to go a big mile for us, just let us have a toast bread and we would’ve still been gone by 9AM? Lol. Would’ve appreciated if they were transparent with the cut off time from the get go as 8.40AM so we would’ve come earlier.

Location is close too everything, Lotte World Busan , Lotte Premium Outlets and Ikea. The beach is right next too the hotel. So if you enjoy surfing this is all kinds of surf shops around the hotel. Also provided small free breakfast.
The bed was a little too hard for me and my wife. We like a soft bed. The view was awesome but on our balcony when you looked down there was a bunch of cigarettes butts '. So if they will clean that up

It was amazing! The view, the location, the value and the neat restaurants in the area.
Didn't get house cleaning service the whole week, i had to take out my own trash, but it was fine by me.

Lovely property and staff.

Everything in this hotel is nice. Staffs are nice and helpful. Check in time at 5pm doesn’t matter to us since we had a tour early am. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. We regret staying for only one day 🥲 which is why we are looking forward to be back here soon. Thank you!

The location
Washrooms doors didn’t close and were of glass so no privacy. No cupboard/wardrobe

perfect view for seeing the sunrise at the ocean especially if you choose the room with the ocean view ;)

Very well located hotel. Right at the beach. Good rooms. Very beautiful view. Hotel staff was very helpful.
There are plenty of eateries around but I wish they had room service.

Great stay with amazing views of the sea. Clean and tidy rooms with a coffee machine in the lobby.
Quite far from the city centre

best view in all of Busan!

There is a free coffee machine in the lobby and a microwave oven on each floor. A second-floor dining room exists, and it would have a great view of the sea, but it was unfortunately closed due to the Wuhan virus. The hotel's location was very convenient, accessible by car from both front and back, and a short walk from the beach. There are various restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby.
The remote control didn't work fully. Although we could set the A/C temperature, we could not get all the functions to operate.

Location
Misleading property type (not a hotel, formally a "love" motel.
Changed the outside name, but didn't change the rooms inside.
In need of serious repairs to rooms
Advertised staff spoke English, however, no one did.

Amazing view, the deck was great and I could listen to the waves all night… except I was asleep.
There were loud cars on the road between me and the beach. Not awful, but irritating.

The location is great.
The room was not very clean.

The room was cozy and comfortable, so clean and especially the ocean view was fantastic 😭 next to hotel, there was also CU and the staff was nice! Bathtub was big, lightening was perfect, TV so big and even we watched free YouTube and Netflix on TV!! I was extremely shocked and fascinated!! I guess for a great room with ocean view, the price was pretty cheap! Definitely will go back and stay more!
Nothing in particular!
