Excellent option to disconnect with the view and the beach in front!

The excellent views. The sunrise is superb. Because it was January, it was really empty, great to do long walks along the beach!

Situación y anfitriones excepcionales.

La amabilidad y el buen trato de los anfitriones. El lugar en donde está ubicado es excepcional, en primera línea de playa. La tranquilidad del lugar. La proximidad a la ciudad de Gandía, así como a otras localidades de interés.

Quizá el único inconveniente es que el pueblo, en esta época del año, está muy vacío, esto también es una ventaja, pero tiene la contrapartida de que hay pocos sitios en donde comer o tomarse una cerveza. Para mi esto no es un inconveniente ya que busco precisamente la tranquilidad y si quieres un día tener mas servicios, Gandía está a 10 minutos.

Amazing view and the owner is helpful.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The view is amazing, the apartment is perfect! There is a lift. Many playgrounds around the apartment, a pharmacy on the corner, and small groceries and conveniences around. In 10 min by car, you can go to a commercial centre and can find more supermarkets and other facilities. All you need. We appreciate the days and recommend you stay there. We will be back!

Comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views

We had an apartment with fantastic beach and sea view from all rooms. We found everything clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't meet the owners, but they were friendly and communicative in messages and on phone. Parking was easy on the street (this was in November, I don't know bout summer).

We were altogether very happy. Just a few very minor things: it would have been nice to have some soap and shower gel in the bathroom. Also, perhaps a little salt, sugar, tea, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. We were there during some unusually cold late November days, and thus it should be noted that there is no general heating in the apartment. The owner kindly equipped the bathroom and the bedrooms with small heaters/radiators which were efficient enough but very basic, so maintaining a comfortable temperature at night was not easy.

Great beach apartments proffesionally run

Beach front apartments. Great customer service and attentive staff that are quick and friendly. Heaters in rooms, hot water... overall the apartment is perfect for holidays.

1. None of the patio doors or windows locked (1st floor made me feel a little uncomfortable leaving valuables in the room and may make families feel unconfortable if babies/children are sleeping in other rooms). No real issues for us though. 2. Pictures of view on profile were not accurate and are misleading. (1st floor not 4th or 5th as seen on pictures) Need to be clearer about them owning other apartments in the building and you may not necessarily get the apartment you have seen on the photos. But this wasn't a problem for us and we were more than happy with the apartment in general.

Very nice flat

We had a good time in the appartment. Lina was very receptive for problem we had. The view from the flat is fantastic, we can hear the sound of waves while sleeping. It s very soothing. Bed is confortable, shower nice and hot. We could have stayed there 2 weeks no problem. There is a restaurant downstair where you can eat or do take away. We order a paella and ate it on our balcony. It was wonderful. We also had tapas.

Kitchen is a bit short of pots and pans. We van hear the neighbours especially from terrasse and the light on balcony far too bright.
