Estadia agradável

A localização é ótima, numa zona calma e perto da Praia do Areal de Santa Bárbara. As funcionárias são simpáticas e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e variado. Há também boas condições em termos de limpeza.

O único ponto negativo da propriedade é que o colchão da cama da Suite 3 já não está em condições, pois tem uma cova num dos lados. Isso torna a cama desconfortável e prejudicou imenso o descanso.

Ubicación excelente para moverse por la isla, y a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de Santa Barbara. Desayuno correcto.

Alojamento perfeito, ideal para passar uns dias em São Miguel.

Gostámos muito das condições de toda a casa, com uma decoração simples mas muito interessante, com alguns objetos antigos. A limpeza era excelente e o quarto tinha todas as comodidades. Apreciámos muito a simpatia e a atenção dedicada dos anfitriões. O pequeno almoço era muito bom e variado. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi fácil e rápida e o processo de check-in/check-out muito simples. Certamente, será a nossa escolha numa próxima visita a São Miguel.

Uma vez que tudo estava perfeito e tendo excedido as nossas expectativas, não temos nada de negativo a apontar.

Wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre - bald würden wir dort wieder Land und Leute genießen.

Vom Zimmer Nr. 3 im ersten Stock zu einem Frühstück, dem nichts mangelte, im Garten oder Wintergarten oder Speisezimmer, und dann in 5 Minuten am Strand auf Sand oder vulkanischem Gestein - alles war wunderbar. Das sehr freundliche Personal beantwortete jede Frage und half, wo immer es möglich war. Check in - sehr einfach und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit möglich. Kochmöglichkeit - super! Fröhliche Atmosphäre.

Tolle Unterkunft mit der besten Preis-Leistung Verhältnis

Sehr gemütlich und blitzblank sauber, wirklich gut ausgestattet. Unkompliziertes Check-in. Die beste Unterkunft in der ich auf Azoren war. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und Frühstück qualitativ wirklich gut!

Localização perto da praia o que permite ir tranquilamente a pé e localizado centralmente na ilha com vias rápidas para uma deslocação facilitada. Estacionamento perto. Staff simpático, pequeno almoço agradável. Quarto espaçoso, agradável e com tudo o que é preciso

Jolie maison, très calme et propre, au fond d'une petite impasse ; notre chambre était spacieuse ; le petit déjeuner était bon (petit jus d'ananas très apprécié), et le personnel était charmant

Moderne ,zweckmäßige Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.Der schöne Sandstrand(zumBaden,Surfen oder Sandspielen für Kinder)ist in wenigen Minuten auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und reichlich.Am Strand gibt es ein gutes Restaurant.Gleich an der Abzweigung von der Hauptstraße steht ein Wohnwagen mit Schirmen und Tischen.Die Burger sind hervorragend und sehr günstig! Wir haben von hier aus,nach kurzer Autofahrt das Centro de Interpretação Ambiental da Caldeira Velha mit den warmen Quellen besucht.

Estadia acolhedora, muito tranquila e familiar

Para além da relação qualidade/preço, tudo o resto superou as minhas expectativas nesta estadia, não referindo mais nada, por tudo ser excelente, tenho que sublinhar o acolhimento super familiar do dono desta casa, o Sr. João, e também toda a amabilidade da Carolina e da Natércia, pessoas incriveis, disponíveis e sempre com um sorriso fantástico! Casa a recomendar, sem dúvida, e principalmente para quem queira usufruir de uns dias com muita paz!

Velmi pěkné a čisté!

Ubytování je v dobrém místě všude to je odtud kousek. Na kraji města, takže máte dostupné vše co potřebujete - restaurace, bary, obchody atd. Velmi příjemní hostitelé, pokoje jsou čisté a každý den uklizeno. Velmi dobré parkování přímo přes ubytováním. Doporučuji navštívit "bistro" v karavanu nedaleko. (Pár metrů na křižovatce) Snídaně jsou v místě, ale pouze základní a vše stejné každý den.

Přes stěny jsou slyšet zvuky, cizí rozhovory atd. Snídaně jsou základní / chyběla třeba zelenina.

Buena atención, trato excelente y rápida respuesta. Teníamos reservada una habitación con baño privado pero no pudieron ofrecérnosla por un problema Asique nos dieron una casa entera para nosotras y con baño. Desayuno agradable al sol

L'équipement de la cuisine, le petit-déjeuner. Parking facile et gratuit dans la rue. Chambre spacieuse.

La connexion internet défaillante dans la chambre, décroche et inactive. Elle n'est pas assez puissante dans la chambre, seulement utilisable dans l'espace commun au rez-de-chaussée. 1 seule salle de bains et WC pour plusieurs chambres et pour notre séjour, inondée des le début. A l'arrivée, devoir téléphoner pour avoir les clés.

Good location, bad property with rude host

Location is great

The property has bare minimum facilities. No coffee maker/ kettle or drinking water in the room. Since it did not meet our expectations we wanted to cut short our stay from 4 nights to 1 night and we got 0 refund. On top, the host of the property was very rude. He went on and on about how great his property is and we were very bad guests. Breakfast had nothing fresh. So overall, would not touch this property ever again.

Recommended place for your stay!

We ended up having better deal than we booked. Instead of a room we thought we will have, got checked in into the small two floors apartment. It was freshened up twice during our stay. We also did like the location-ocean was close and to the big store by car took us max 2min drive, also it is not far away from the airport, just about 17-20min drive. No problems with car park at the property as well.

Would love to see something fresh at the breakfast, like cucumbers, tomatoes etc.

Logement bien spacieux tout proche de la mer

Très bon séjour passé à Ribeira Grande. La chambre est assez spacieuse et les hôtes très gentils. Nous avons eu la chance avec mon mari de les rencontrer au petit-déjeuner (qui était délicieux d'ailleurs) et ils étaient très accueillants. Ils sont assez flexibles pour le check-in également, ce qui n'est pas négligeable quand on fait un séjour aux Acores.
