Nice apartment. Good location
Dust under the beds and shower drain gets blocked up
5.0
nice and comfortable with excellent location
2.5
The appartment was in the very center of Old town but it was on a street with very noisy bars so we didn't sleep very well. The appartment had all we needed and warm water from the shower.
The building was in very bad shape and parts of the appartment needs some repairing too. The toilet was too small. The lighting in the appartment was too dark in the living room and in the other bedroom. The kids bed was too high up so that was a bit intimitading to sleep in.
3.0
It is a charming appartment in the most central location. The interior seemed even a bit more tasteful to us, than expected. The landlord was nice and helpful.
The old house, only partially renovated (see pictures), brings a number of problems. Biggest one: It is located right in the middle of nightlife, with a club and bars all around. The old windows can not protect you from the noises at all. So, if you intend to use more than just one bedroom (one is inside, the other one to the street, plus the sofa in the living room) - and you are staying on a friday- or saturday night, then hands off!
Minor downsides were the toilet, which is smaller than any camping toilet (as a tall person, you can NOT sit on it), a damaged door, the rather spartan kitchen equipment and the fact, that the flat was available pretty late (5.15 pm instead of 4pm - and the cleaner made us feel bad about disturbing her twice while she was doing her delayed job).
4.8
The flat is right in the old town, and it has two separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners were very helpful and professional.
4.8
It is really close to the city center and easy to find
Location is in the city center in a bar area - thus, on Friday night it was too loud.
