Staff was really helpful and friendly, place was clean and people was amazing
I went to another resort to snowboard and finding transport was really hard, I didn't find any service that helped me to go to other places.

I really quite liked my stay here! The staff, especially Carolina were excellent! The showers and bathrooms were plentiful and nice, the rooms were larger than expected and it was super great meeting everyone else. I would definitely come back if I’m headed back to the area!
It was kind of hard to find, and I was a bit surprised by how difficult it was to navigate to and from using just English.

I can't thank Caro enough for such a nice stay. I was only supposed to be staying one night on route to Cerro el plomo but unfortunately I fell sick the morning after my arrival. I stayed an extra night until I felt a little better and with Caro's support I got my strength back and was able to carry on with my trip! All in all a Cordillera is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Super comfy room, the view from the common area is stunning, great cooking facilities, nice clean bathrooms. I can't recommend enough!

Bed was comfortable.
The sign in the room said there was a breakfast schedule but then they told us there was no breakfast, we had to go out to look for breakfast and there is nothing nearby. The location is difficult to find. There are no signs to direct to the hotel and the building itself has no sing to know you have arrived at the right place. Not really ski-in, ski-out, but furthermore the run that it is supposed to be on is one of the first to not have snow toward the end of the season, so it was closed. Thought I was getting a ski-in, ski-out, closest place to get to skiing was over a kilometer away! Way too expensive for what it was.

Cozy, nice common area, parking outside, full kitchen available, friendly staff, beautiful views from the windows and outside patio, able to walk to town (in snow).
Floors in the downstairs hallway were the creakiest I've ever heard; bathroom doors outside the room made a lot of noise; shower could be hot if you were the only one taking a shower, otherwise it was ice water. The ground outside was muddy, but the hostel floor was not swept or vacuumed daily. No breakfast offered. More space for bags and drying ski clothing was needed in our bunk room.
Various flammable fluids, including floor cleaner, were used as fire starter in the fire place in the common room. One morning, WD-40 was being used in the common area by an employee. Both impacted air quality.

Clean hostel, well located for skiers, good service, good price.
My only consideration was that it should be communicated that there is no breakfast included in the daily rate. Otherwise the Hostel is perfect

The Family was very welcoming and helpful! Usually also around and alway checking in. The views are insane here, would recommend a car if you’re traveling since it is at the top of the hill outside the village a bit. The decorations and vibe was excellent from day one.

Great views and isolated, lots of silence in the summertime

Great location (best sunset views ever) and perfect start for our first 4000m mountain hike from la parva to cerro la parva. Enjoyed two quiet nights (were the only guests) and looking forward coming back again. Carina was very caring and even over language barriers helpful in any situation. Had trouble with our flight and arrived one day delayed but could stay as booked but shifted - a big thank you! Beds are big, comfy and warm (its getting cold up here even in summer nights) and big tasty breakfast for an active day. So all in all a perfect home base for the sourrounding mountains
