DO NOT STAY HERE!! Ibis budget is better and that’s saying something.

Nothing. Absolutely disgusting I was told the owner would look into it and I said I was leaving a bad review so he said and I quote ‘I will not look into it if you leave a review’ He then told me he would refund me for the night if I cancelled and requested so via booking.com, which I did to then get told by booking.com that the owner said to them he would not refund me as I was ‘rude to staff’ ?? I never even spoke to any ‘staff’ so this was an absolute lie to stop me receiving any money. I have also left this review on trip advisor and Google.

I paid £108 for a night here thinking it would be quiet and relaxing. Boy was I wrong. Apartments are full of escorts, a lot of them foreign so all I could hear for hours on end was ‘clients’ knocking on doors, shouting in languages I couldn’t understand & people having s3x. I actually had to leave late at night it was that bad before i took it upon myself to confront these people regarding their behaviour.

Convenient location, modern and clean

Great location for Bowlers Arena. Clean modern room with everything you need. Nice and quiet.

Bed not the most comfortable. Tiny bathroom (but nice shower) - no shelves at all for toiletries and no hooks! Minor stuff :)

High standard apartment

Comfy beds, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. I loved that there were three beds, including one double, so plenty of room for the two of us. Sparkly white sheets and duvet covers. And the telly was HUGE!!!! Colin was really helpful and settled us into our room. And I LOVED that there was free parking right outside and it was so close to Salford Royal hospital, perfect for our trip. Would DEFINITELY book again.

Hard to be negative, but ceramic mugs would have been great. Hot drinks just don't taste as good in plastic, although it wasn't cheap plastic!! I would book on the ground floor next time, for mobility purposes, but I booked on the day, so I was lucky to get a room at all!! The person upstairs was a bit noisy, it was just unfortunate thar he or she got up before we needed to wake!!

Great room spacious and great money value we stayed for two nights with our 3 small dogs at no extra charge staff friendly

The heating never came on while we stayed said it was automatic so they gave us a heater Fridge wasn’t plugged in either but didn’t realise this until we were leaving or I’m sure they would fixed it

Premium stay well worth it in a great location

Clean, modern & neat great room tv with all streaming provided inclusive. Communal Kitchen good plenty appliances

I would comeback again and will recommend to my friends and collegues.

Location was very good near the centre. My son and daughter wanted to stay last minute so i ask Mathew if they can accommodate them straight away they let them stay in one room for 2 nights and i even ask for discount and it was granted. Very good communication with Mathew and Colin. I will definitely comeback.

Comfortable sleep but lacked some basics.

Comfortable beds, parking was good

Claimed to have a garden which was important for our pet, but there was none. There was some rubbish on the floor, toilet seat was broken, heat didn’t work.

Dirty and smelt of cigarettes

Colin, the chap who worked there was really helpful. Price was good.

Dirty I’m afraid. Room smelt strongly of cigarettes. Fags and rubbish outside the windows (we were in the basement) Mirror was filthy, marks on the wall. Marks on the carpets. Crockery was wet and still dirty. No plugs by the mirror. Kettle but no complimentary tea or coffee. Noisy guests

I was given a room on the ground floor rather than the top floor so I didn't have to drag my case up there

It was not very organised. No one greeted me when I arrived. I had to go looking for the apartment manager. Then I had to wait in the kitchen for my room to be ready. There was also no soap in the bathroom and a couple of flies in the room.The staff are also not that friendly with regards to lost property

The room was a good size, the.owner was happy to help 24/7. Great location. Overall we are happy.

The owner was happy to see to all our needs, was on hand at all times and was very friendly. The room was a good size and the building itself was very clean and modern.

There were hairs left on one of the pillows when we arrived. The odd repair is needed in the shower room on the walls and I cleaned the shower hose because it was a bit dirty.
