Horrible experience, extremely expensive due to the poor condition of the apartment and bad service.

nothing I liked except for the location which was not beautiful but it was close to the station and the office.

I did not like the apartment, it was dirty, poorly maintained, full of stains on the walls, the mattress was old and stained, the bathroom was full of fungus, the floors were stained and scratched, and the person who was in the customer service office did not want to listen to me or help me in anything, in fact he clearly stated that he would not listen to me and that he was too busy to solve my problems.

Die stinkenden Flure, die Komplizierten Medeformulare - hat man das nicht vorher ausgefüllt, erhält mein keinen zutrittscode für das Gebäude und Zimmer. Viele Ausländische Kunden hatten das nicht und sind stunden lange im Hauseingang mit einem service mitarbeiter rumgestanden und gewartet bis die lahme Online Rezeption den Code dann zuschickt! WÜrde ich ungerne buchen, nur der preis stimmt.

Muy bien! Pequeño estudio con cocina y gimnasio, muy limpio y super bien equipado.

Das war die schlechteste Unterkunft, in der ich jemals war. Berwits auf dem Gang stinkt es. Das Zimmer ist so dermassen

Nichts, alles dreckig und heruntergekommen.

Dass alles verdreckt war, gestunken hat und Haare vom vorherigen Gast im Bett lagen, sowie die Sanitären Anlagen verdreckt waren.

A nice apartment in concept, but the cleanliness was an issue

The contactless check-in was fine. Generally, it was possible to contact the property to try to address problems noticed upon arrival. It was a suitable size for four people and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. There were quite some hairs in the shower, sticky droplets around the toilet on the floor, a large and awkward stain on the sofa. We were quite uncomfortable so we avoided the bathroom as much as possible and didn't initially shower. I wrote to the host immediately, with pictures, and they said that they would talk to their cleaning department the next day and that it should be fixed. It was clear that no one came the next day (sticky droplets and hair in the shower remained, in the exact same positions). We ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves and then could use it. This was really not acceptable. They wouldn't offer us anything for this. In general, the apartment is definitely much more used than pictured, which would have been alright if it was at least clean.

Top Lage, Zimmer zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bügelbrett etc.)

Digitaler Check-In etwas aufwändig (auch bei wiederholtem Aufenthalt müssen alle Daten erneut in ein PDF eingeben werden, wäre einfacher über Online-Formular mit Zugangsdaten), Zimmer etwas kalt / ungemütlich

Schönes Appartment; kann aber laut sein

Das Appartment war modern eingerichtet und nah am Frankfurt HBf gelegen. Die Küchenzeile war praktisch. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte sich früh um das Formular und das Photo des Ausweises kümmern. Das war doch etwas mühsam.

Insgesamt war es recht laut im Appartment, obwohl die Fenster nach aussen gut isoliert haben. Im Zimmer kam ständig ein Geräusch, was an eine schleudernde Waschmaschine erinnerte. Der Mann im Nebenzimmer, der dort länger zu wohnen schien, spielte tagsüber und abends Geige und Flöte. Der Flur roch nach Essen.

these are the lights that all go out when you turn one on or vice versa it spoiled the experience a little, to sleep you have to get up and turn off everything at the entrance and to have a single light in the toilets those other than above the bed would light up and wake up the other person with you.

Nice stay in the center of Frankfurt

The apartments are well positioned, very close to the train station. The apartment was clean and I appreciated the possibility to deposit luggage in the office. Office is open only in working days, but, since I left the apartment on Monday, I could deposit the luggage to have the last tour in the city before leaving

Pillows are unconfortable, I suggest to change them or to double them. However for short stays it can be managed.

Décevant face aux besoins des clients mais bien géographiquement

La situation géographique superbe

La rigidité dans le moment du Check in les chambres étaient prêtes mais les codes sont uniquement bon à 15:00 quand tu vient d’Amérique avec le décalage c’est très décevant cette approche !!!! Par contre ce matin on frappe 45 minutes avant le 10:00 Check out pour faire la chambre !!!!

4泊5日でお世話になりました。まず、ロケーション最高！フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩5分程度に立地しており、マイン川やレーマ広場までも近くてレストランやマーケットにも困らない。お部屋は一人〜二人で使うには十分でキッチンにはエスプレッソメーカー、ケトル、フライパンや鍋、皿、カップ、グラス、カトラリー等おおよそ必要なものが備えてある。冷蔵庫も十分な容量。私の部屋にはバスタブはなかったがシャワーブースがあった。シャンプー、リンス、ボディジェルが備え付け。ベッドふかふかで最高に心地よく過ごせた。スタッフはフレンドリーで特に電子キーのトラブルがあったときにはマリーナの親切なフォローが本当に有り難かった。

〜トラブル〜電車でフランクフルト中央駅まで移動する際に、乗り換えを誤り深夜11時30分に到着。ホテルにも遅くなることを連絡していたがチェックインに際して事前にパスポートの写しと1枚のフォームを記入し、滞在者としての身元確認をしておかねばならなかった。 Booking.com経由での宿泊でここまで念を押されることは初めてで要領を得てなかった。（これはこのアパートメントホテルが珍しいケース）私は電車の中からパスポートのスクショを送ったが、事前にフォームをダウンロード、記入できずにいた。その夜はなんとか部屋の電子キーをもらえたので入室できたが、翌日、このフォームが提出されていないということで外出中にキーを無効にされてしまった！外出から戻るとキーが開かない。外で立ち往生していたらマリーナがたまたま見つけてくれて本部と電話でやりとりしてくれた。事務所でフォームに記入してスクショを送るなど、マリーナの手助けがなければ私は荷物を部屋に置いたまま、締め出されていただろう。しかし、この後にも再三トラブルがあり、フォームの記入箇所が些細な部分で弾かれて再度鍵がロックされた。あなたには鍵を与えられないと言われた。住所が間違っていると言われてしまったからだ。マリーナが電話で状況を把握して私にアドバイスしてくれた。フォームを書き直し、スクショをもう一度送るように指示してくれたので助かった。指摘された箇所は、郵便番号の欄に市まで記入しないといけなかったのに、住所の欄に書いているから・・・という、見たらすぐにわかるようなミスについての指摘だった。 ※スイス本部ではGoogleマップで実際に自宅があるかどうかを確認しているようだ。とにかくそんな些細なことでマリーナと私は1時間半も電子キーが開かないという無駄な時間を過ごした。マリーナ「あなた、私がたまたま居たから良かったけど居なかったらどうなっていたかしら」事の重大さに私は思わず泣き出してしまった。誰も助けてくれないまま外で途方に暮れるなんて絶対に嫌！ここを予約するときにはそのような面倒なフォームを後日、送らねばならないということだけ気をつけてください。それはメールで送られてきますから気をつけてください。それ以外はとても快適です！追伸〜このパスポートとフォームの問題以外にも不可解なことがありました。クレジットカードの決済が済んでいないので予約が確定していないというメッセージが何度もBooking.comの方にもメールにもきました。実際には予約確定しているにもかかわらずです。その件でホテルのカスタマーに問い合わせたら、フィッシング詐欺かもしれないので対応しないでくれと言われました。その問題について対応中だから無視しろと。以上です。

Convenient location for me to go jogging near the main river as I love to do sports a lot as well as near to the main station.

There is no towel replenishment because I have stayed for a week and no cleaner to change towels.

very clean. the location is amazing, a 5min walk to central station. So many shops and restaurants nearby. having a kitchen is very helpful.

the pillows, it was too low and small, and I had neck pain every day. I couldn't get myself a new pair of pillows while travelling to I just had to deal. it would be appropriated if there was at least one water bottle at the freedge. I got there at 2am and there was no shops.
