Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Location that can’t be beat at Seaside Heights. This 1st floor unit (unit #3) of a 2 family house is beautifully renovated and is now available.

Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grill. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill.

Newly installed central air conditioning and heating system with nest thermostat

Front door security camera and electronic keyless lock for easy access.

*** Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back / tandem parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor picnic benches, barbecue grill and outdoor shower to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

You really can’t beat the location. It’s right on the boardwalk, but all the way at the end so it’s still quiet at night. Beach is just steps away. Property is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked, outdoor space was surprisingly charming.

There is not a negative thing we can say about our stay. Jack, Joanne, and Vivian have thought of everything and are incredible hosts. 3 spacious bedrooms, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, a great bathroom, and to top it all off - a fantastic outdoor area to use. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. AND, a few steps from the beach!!! We had family staying at a few other close by houses and were able to use the outdoor area for a few family gatherings - such a great benefit. If you are looking for an incredible place with fantastic hosts, right on the beach at the quieter end of the boardwalk, then this is the place for you!! This was our 4th year vacationing in Seaside Heights and we know we have now found our place to stay for years to come.

The location is steps from the boardwalk. A sweet place -roomy and bright and clean and comfy. We stayed for Columbus Day weekend and found this as advertised, so sweet and at the foot of the boardwalk. It is bright and designed nicely. Had all you need to enjoy fun at the beach!! All questions were answered promptly and it all went seamlessly.

This was a first family vacation without my husband, (dad and pop). The house was just perfect for our family. Close to the boardwalk for the kids. The outside area was so peaceful to spend the late afternoon and morning. The house was clean and just as it was described! Definitely returning again!

The best things about this unit was cleanliness and location! Can’t beat 1 block from the boardwalk and beach. Nice extras of supplies like coffee pods, cooking spices and free use of washer and dryer. Great response from the owner Jack as well! I highly recommend this unit!

Property manager was very helpful. We asked to possibly get in a little earlier than four and she accommodated us. The property was clean and comfortable for 6 people. We would definitely consider returning next year.

First let me say once again thank you to Jack and Vivian for a great stay. Your property was as advertised (we stayed at #3) all amenities were on the and in good working order. As we stepped into the apartment the air was fresh and clean. This was just air freshener you know some one took time to sanitize the space. All surfaces were clean garbage can had fresh bags and the bed were neatly made. All of this made the place feel warm and welcoming. It is steps away from the board walk and the beach and the included 2 parking spots and beach passes were a major perk as beach access requires an entry fee. Check in was seamless the email that morning gave me the smart lock access code which worked the first time and every time, so I felt at ease that I didn’t have to carry a card key that the magnetic strip would fail or and physical key I could drop on the beach and be locked out. In this rating I put communication as 5 stars but to be honest; because everything was set up to run so smoothly, I didn’t need to reach out. I basically said we have arrived and thanks you we’ve checked out lol. The other units on the property appeared to be occupied with large parties and everyone seem to be be enjoying themselves. Everything about our stay was really wonderful. Check in was extremely easy and fast. Communication was top notch. Location couldn't be beat. Around the corner from the boardwalk. The only 1 thing I would say is if you're a light sleeper, consider one of the 2nd floor apartments. We were ground floor and could hear the people staying upstairs walking around. Unfortunately they were early riser, as early as 6am. Other than that our stay was perfect. We will be back!

I rented this beautiful apartment for my husband's 30th birthday. We invited my brother and sister in law to stay with us, and we were all very happy with the suite, the cleanliness and location. We were less than a minute walk from the broadwalk and just a few steps from an entrance to the beach (not all of them are open because of covid). I would 100% return to Jack, Joanne & Vivian's apartments.

Had a pleasant 4 days with my daughters and their families. We had 5 adults and 4 children, 8yrs to 8 months. Everything was very clean. The beds were all very comfortable. I like a dark bedroom and this is sometimes hard at the beach but Jack and Vivian made sleeping pleasant.😊� Plenty of towels, access to washer/ dryer, Coffee, tea, sugar and creamer available( a big plus!). Outside,there was an outdoor shower- a must for kids at the beach! There was also a nice patio area and grills available. Because we were there in the height of the heat wave we didn,'t cook out but a great option. The house was nice and cool though! We were only a 1/2 block to the beach and beach tags were included as well as off street parking!! One of my daughters would have preferred a less tourist-y area but then you probably have to walk a lot further to the beach. The only draw back was that the family above us had kids that ran around late at night and there was a lot of thudding. Seemed that maybe their living room was over our bedrooms. Property owners Jack and Vivian met us right as we got there which started off our vacation with a welcoming home environment. They had great hospitality (providing snacks, water, laundry detergent, and toiletries). They made sure we had a safe and comfortable stay by staying at one of the units that they also own. Great access to the beach, outdoor shower, and grilling area were extremely convenient. Cannot wait to book our stay for next year with the same hosts!

Great location right on the boardwalk! Located near the beach, this property was wonderfully renovated and a great space to enjoy a vacation. The owners were awesome in making sure our stay was absolutely perfect! Wonderfully accommodating and easy to communicate with before, during, and after the stay. Would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the shore!
