First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Queen Loft - Three Twins and One Queen This 3-bedroom plus loft/3-bath, three-level contemporary condominium, offers comfortable clean and basic accommodations with partial golf course views. It has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, common areas as one great room on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. A hunter's perspective, complete with animal and bird trophies, adds interest to the outdoor mountain theme décor. Touches like the Wooster Scott prints in the great room and coordinated designer bedding in each bedroom contribute to the ambiance. This unit does not have A/C. The living room has a 55-inch TV with cable and streaming, DVD, CD player, and wireless internet access for your entertainment, as well as a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace to relax by. The dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, plus an alcove off the kitchen area has a table that seats 4. A full size washer/dryer is in the pantry area of the kitchen. The large deck off of the living room affords mountain views and includes patio seating for six, and a Ducune gas grill. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 32-inch TV with cable, its own full size bath, and access to a deck with built in benches and a partial golf course view. The second bedroom has queen bed. third bedroom has Queen bed. These 2 bedrooms have access to a full size hallway bath. There is a ¾ bath at the entrance to this condo. The loft has 3 twin beds and one Queen. The condo has 2,200 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 10 guests. NO PETS ALLOWED Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass required for each guest using the pool, golf or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open July through September. Tennis & Golf open May through October (weather permitting). HARKER CENTER POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE 2023 SUMMER SEASON. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Very nice place with good location, roomy and lots of beds. NIce, big living area next to the dining room and kitchen is very nice. Not a complaint, but an observation: the kitchen supplies could use a little more thought. No plastic tumblers for jacuzzi, several pots and pans but sparse coffee cups. Minimal supplies such as cooking oils, baggies, foil, that kind of stuff which we found out after we'd gone to the store. Just be aware so you can bring with you or go without. But as I said, it's a very nice place and we will stay here again on our next ski trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this Sunburst Condo every other year for Thanksgiving. There have been no updates during this time. The furnishings are very worn out, the leather lounge chair is completely falling apart and leaves pieces all over. Cupboards, counter tops, walls, paint...all is in need of HELP. TV cable broken so unable to watch DVD’s. Wi-Fi worked on & off.Location is good, hot tub good.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights. Very clean and was found as represented in the photos. Beautiful and quiet area. Would love to come back again. Only minor drawback is dinette chairs and recliner show significant wear.

We were thrilled with this property. We had nine adults, including three couples and three adults solo. We had plenty of room and privacy. Super close to the slopes, Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum. Perfect getaway.

Good location and great spacious condo.

We had a great family vacation. This condo is close enough to downtown, and yet far enough away from the busyness. Kitchen was amply stocked with cooking and dining utensils. Plenty of dishes, glasses for a large family. The condo units are currently upgrading the decks on all units so our deck was under construction and not accessible and BBQ was not available. In the near Future the decks will be awesome. This unit is in need of upgrading.

The condo unit was spacious and clean. There are a few repairs that are needed ( dishwasher does not clean the dishes). Also we had a lot of trouble with the pool key. I made numerous phone calls and two trips to town in the middle of my vacation to try to get the problem fixed. Finally we got a new key and it still didn’t work. Lucky for us there were others at the pool that were willing to let us in. There were a couple of times we weee out of luck and could not swim 😠

Stayed with 7 friends for a ski week in Sun Valley. The location and layout was great for us-plenty of room for everyone to have their space along with a nice kitchen and lounge area. Would stay again!

Overall, the property is described fairly accurately. The dining table still had crumbs and caked on food on it when we arrived so I know not everything was deep cleaned before we got there. I haven’t had to pick up/drop off keys for a VRBO in about a decade so that seemed to be an unnecessary inconvenience. Parking is a pain! It’s always full near this unit so be prepared to park and walk from a different parking lot. It’s also always super icy - a car started to slide and almost hit me in the parking lot nearest this condo.Other than that, it’s a great location. It’s our second time staying in this location and I would probably stay again.

I thought the condo was comfortable. The chairs in the dining room are old and starting to fall apart. They need to be replaced. Other than that, the condo was great. I understand the COVID restrictions on the swimming pool, but it is a little frustrating to be in a condo for 10 people and only 5 can go to the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was okay. Not great. We knew there would be no air conditioning, but the weather was unseasonable hot and the four fans they provided made it sound like a jet taking off all night. The worst part was we couldn't use the pools. We had brought some grand kids. We couldn't get reservations for the pool that was a ways away. fun for them there. The grounds around the condo were extremely nice.

With Corona restrictions we cooked all meals, great BBQ (could be a bigger 3 burner) and look forward when all Elkhorn amenities are repaired and available. Pool reservation system was clumsy to use. All said a great time and a great property.

I rented this property for my family during a Wedding Weekend. The condo is well equipped with all the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The beds are comfortable with plenty of linens. The beds in the loft are single sized (twin) not full or doubles. The front door is close to the parking lot.
