Conveniently located on the 15th green of the Elkhorn Golf Course, this 4,000 square foot home that is new to the Sun Valley rental scene offers 4 King en suite bedrooms (two of which are masters), a bunk room, pool table, spacious backyard with a large barbecue, 6 person hot tub, fire pit and a fully equipped "cook's kitchen". Our home features all new furnishings (installed 2018) , Central A/C, and more! High speed internet throughout the home with flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, family room, living room and billiards room. The "Great Room” has lodge style soaring exposed beam ceilings, floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, and lofted billiards room.

Please note our home is NOT child proofed and, therefore, not appropriate for children under 5 years of age.

This home was a truly PERFECT home base for our family during our daughter's wedding week! Easy and quick access to Ketchum/Sun Valley. Fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces made great gathering spaces but with ample privacy with 4 of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. First floor master suite with door to outdoor patio was perfect hair/make-up/getting ready area for bridal party, and there is a 2nd floor master, as well. We loved the fire pit and comfortable outdoor furniture. Christy was an outstanding host, so quick to respond to all questions, both before our visit and during our stay. Stay here. You'll be so glad you did!!

This is the perfect luxury host house for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out and entertain. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen! Everything you could need/want in the house. Great location, convenient for everywhere you want to go. We would come back here without hesitation.

The house and the service was absolutely incredible. All of the instructions and assistance were clear and helpful. Absolutely everything was labeled and had instructions. Check in/out was a breeze. The house was so well stocked and better than the pictures depicted. The house was an easy five minutes to town and even closer to the ski resort. The layout of the house allowed for 4 adult couples and one child to visit comfortable but still have privacy. The back yard was great for our little one to safely play in the snow and a beautiful backdrop for some impromptu family photos. The hot tub was an extra bonus! The owner was so helpful and politely stayed in touch without being overbearing. She was very responsive when we reached out. No complaints other than we wished we stayed longer!

A yearly ski trip with friends is always on our schedule and this year we chose Sun Valley for our destination. When looking for accommodations, i look for certain needs for our group of professionals and this house checks all of the boxes! Everything from booking, check-in, and checking out was seamless. The host, Christy, was very attentive and prompt with checking in to make sure things were good and responded within minutes for requests or to answer any questions that we had. The house is absolutely as advertised, and had all the amenties you could need. Plenty of cookware, spices and enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi after a great day on the slopes! There is no question, we would book this home again and again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home to stay at when visiting Sun Valley.

Our group of 4 couples was in town for a wedding and we had a delightful stay at this property. It was just as described and more. The owner was very responsible and helpful. The home was beautiful with lovely interiors and a great outdoor entertaining space. It’s a short distance into town- not too close and not too far away with paths just across the street towards the mountains and Into the city center. The house was extremely well stocked - they have thought of everything you could have possibly forgotten. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to visit again sometime!

This home rocks and so does Christy! Great space both indoors and outdoors and not a detail overlooked. Private setting in a great Elkhorn location on the golf course. Quality throughout the house…stocked kitchen and wonderful gathering places and the backyard is A+…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer!

This place is stunning. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals claiming to be “luxury.” This place puts them to shame. En-suite bathrooms in 4 of the bedrooms. Truly high end chef’s kitchen. Gorgeous finishes throughout the home. Great location in Elkhorn with community amenities. Great place. Would definitely stay here again

We had 7 adults and one child over a long weekend family celebration and this gorgeous house had all we needed for a fantastic time. The backyard fire pit, cornhole games, hot tub and big living room and library area - everyone had elbow room for quiet chats. The large fireplace was perfect for a chilly evening and there was plenty of firewood. The kitchen is very generously supplied with an amazing array of spices, condiments and plenty of dishes, bowls, cups and silverware to feed an army! All in all, we had a marvelous time especially during early Fall. We are already talking about booking again for 2023! If you have a large family, this is the place for you!

The property was beautiful inside and out and was equipped with everything we could have needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and enough warm, soft blankets to keep everyone cozy. The location was so convenient to Ketchum and close enough to travel to some adventure and outdoor activities. We would definitely recommend this property for families of all ages.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. Christy has everything that you would ever want to make your stay comfortable. The location is away from town, but very close to Ketchum and Sun Valley. Nice and quiet! The home is great for a large family. The backyard was gorgeous , It backs up to a golf course. After a long hike we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit or lounging in one of their lounge chairs. We had a special treat while sitting outside. A couple deer strolled by the house They did not even mind us being there. Lol! I would definitely stay again in this magnificent home.

You can stop looking now. This place has everything. 7 adults in our group and we never felt cramped. This house has more than you would ever need. They have thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing and everything is organized and they have an assortment of pots pans silverware and tools that Martha Stewart would have. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all 5 star. The firepit and gas grill outside are set up perfect. The fireplace has gas to assist starting and you never have to struggle to get a quick fire going. Plenty of wood to burn set up inside for our convenience. Thank you Christy for making our first trip to sun valley one of lifetime of memories. We will return for a summer trip next. Gray

The property was just as advertised. Great location at the far end of the golf course. Very roomy. The fridge had plenty of condiments/spices, which was nice. The host was extraordinarily responsive to all my questions leading up to our stay--very nice to deal with. Everything worked just great. We hope to stay again.
