I booked this hotel and a few hours later they canceled me saying they were closed. When we looked at their site again their rates had doubled and they were still open.

It wasn't crowded that general swimming pool was only my. There is beautiful view and quiet surroundings. Private parking. Pet friendly.
The hotel has a bit tired look, breakfast is not bad but not very varied, wifi works badly, enough for messengers, no more for videos. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, there is no entertainment in the hotel except for the pool. Construction works are going on. The soap and shower gel have a terrible smell!!

Thé location…
Where to start… The property is 6km off the main road and is hard to find, with awful signposts. It hasn’t been finished, so ragged bits of plastic were hanging off things and chipboard covered up rooms and doorways. The room looked nothing like that advertised and had a bed, awful looking sofa and a white plastic fridge. This wasn’t a minibar as advertised, just an unplugged fridge. The staff seemed like three people, with one the concierge, barman and waiter, so the service was dreadful. The food was ok, if basic, and when she wasn’t cooking, the chief stood at the entrance chain smoking. The Spa looked ok but we were told we couldn’t use it and immediately locked up. There were broken windows and wires at the pool huts, so we decided not to use that.

The location seems to have potential, being on top of a mountain, has nice views and features a quiet place to relax.
Although we arrived late, the staff was nice and willing to help.
The outside pool was nice in the morning heat.
The location on google maps is wrong. You have to go up the one-lane mountain road about 5km more than what is shown on google and booking. We arrived at night after a long road and it was difficult to go up and avoid incoming cars and tractors without seeing left and right.
The bungalow smelled a bit damp.
The bed for the 3rd person (child) was not made.
The sheets seemed to not be changed, we found chocolate on the pillows
The breakfast unfortunately wasn't as was reviewed until now. It was plain with few good options and coffee was not good.
On the outside it looks good, but the decor and services seem old and worn out.

Great food, all local and freshly prepared by Maria. Breakfast was amazing, rich and everithig was freashly baked and cooked in the morning (burek, pies, douhgnuts...). We reccomend to eat dinner at the hotel! The locals working at he hotel will make you feel comortable and welcome all the time. Rooms, spa, pool and sauna are very clean!
Thank you Maria, Lucija an Dule. We will return and recimmend the place!
Everyrhing was perfect!

The view from the hotel overlooking the mountains is breathtakingly beautiful and the staff was very friendly and super helpful. Even though we arrived late, we were offered warm meals and extended use of the spa and sauna.

Nothing.
The presentation of the hotel has nothing to do with the reality. Basic conditions in the room, not clean enough, bad taste furniture. The fridge was very dirty. The towels were in a very bad condition, not clean, worn-out, some of them are really damaged and must be changed. The stuff doesn't speak basic English, which is quite unpleasant. The breakfast was less than poor. Couldn't wait to leave the place.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Both pools & sauna were great.
The lack of people was good for us......no doubt not good for business
Our second visit was just as good as the first.
Could really do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Location amazing, breakfast very very good, spa facility lovely. We were lucky to have it all to ourselves on our visit.
The outdoor pool was......'very invigorating'......but again very clean.
The location high in the hills would be an ideal location for a specific hiking & exploring weekend.
Only take your bike if you can manage a 1 km height gain on 5 km climb!
It's an ideal stopover on the way to Belgrade........and would be a great place for an activity weekend with several couples.
No tea & coffee making facilities in the room.
Limited evening meal options - probably impacted by our visit being almost 'out of season'.

Rooms are really big, clean and comfortable! Staff is very kind. View is beautiful, very peaceful place in the hills with fresh air. The pool area and the spa are all designed to remind of Bali so it is very unique and lovely.
Just the long road through the villages because the location is not properly marked on google maps. When navigation brought us to the marked spot, we had few more km to drive to get there. Kind staff makes up for it, though

The room was big. The staff was nice and was trying to help even if some of them knew no English.
The sheets were dirty and wrinkled. The toilet in the bathroom had a pee stain on it. The road to get to this property was a nightmare, very tight, we encountered a tractor on our way and had to back up for 200m. No Covid rules were followed. The food at breakfast was covered with flies. The second day the water stoped working, no ETA. So no water not even to wash our hands or take a shower, not even to flush the toilet. Pool area very crowded and noisy.

1. The apartment is large and quiet; 2. Very good beds! Wonderful landscape; 4. Free spa and pool for one hour!!!; 5. Very good breakfast! 6. Nice staff, but useless, since they do not know English at all!;
1) We did not have hot water and water pressure for shower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!; 2) in the hidden places of the apart. there was a lot of dust, so inefficient cleaning; 3) one of the windows had no curtains, so a lot of light in the early morning; 4) THE MOST SURPRIZING thing was that they did not speak English AT ALL!!!!!!! The lady did not know what is „breakfast” or „morning”!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We managed only with Google Translator...; 5) Poor WiFi; 6) Wrong location on map!!! - be aware you have to really „study” on Goolge Maps the right location to get there - I spent 15 minutes at home to find the right location, otherwise I would have lost a lot of time to get there!!! (you have to study the Google Maps, and you will find it!!!) If I booked again? For the positive aspects, yes! But it is too expensive... A paradox of ****Stars Hotel and inefficient management!!!

Nice pool and wellness area. Friendly staff.
Location a bit away from the city, not suggested for 1 night stay.
In the morning there was no water in the room.
