Everything like in the pictures. You also have your own little fridge in the room, water, coffee and tea. However keep in mind that the window it's not with an outside view but you can see the part of the house. The location is quite good, close to the beach. There is also a bar and a restaurant nearby. A bit far from the city and some supermarkets (there's no bus so be prepared to walk 2-3 km if you want to do the shopping and don't have a car).

Irene, the host, is very kind and helpful, the room is very nice and so is the stylish bathroom. It's just a short and inexpensive taxi ride from the city center, the sea is just round the corner and the local sandy beach just a short walk away. There is also a great Cuban restaurant with excellent food a few hundred meters from there and you can reach the great Playa de Sardina del Norte (with lovely sea food) is just a brisk 5 km walk away. WIFI is free and good. You will enjoy this place, if you are looking for a very inexpensive, super-tidy, stylish place in a good location by the sea and will be happy with the fact that the window is facing towards a tiny 3-story atrium and not the sea side. (You can still here the sea, which to me was a nice extra)

There were so many problems i cant even start…
No hot water when we arrived, host did not send any instructions how to get in, or get the key. When we called no answer. The other apartment showed us where the keys are… it is literally a cave, no actual window, really humid , lof ot mosquitoes and the apartment next to this one is literally 130m2 we could not sleep because the noise they made, when watching tv and listening music… which means NO SLEEP!! When we asked the host to speak to them she didn’t respond, obly in the morning …this room is not to rent.. not sure how this host thought that is a livable place. I have used booking many times and never had this terrible experience. It feels like it was a complete scam!! Also the fridge has electric fail so it is really dangerous, which i have seen it has been mentioned before and yhe host havent even bothered to change it… save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

The bathroom was excellent with GREAT hot water, and the bed was comfortable.
The fan was a appreciated as there was no air conditioning and no external windows.
There was no mention that the SMALL (13SM) room was an INTERNAL room, with no outside windows.
There was no milk or sugar to go with the tea bags or coffee capsules, an oversight I think.
Parking was an issue.
The nearest cafe, bar or restaurant is 2km away by car only.
There was nowhere to dry cloths.

You have all what you need in a stylish room. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge. The ocean is on your doorstep and it was a great location to explore the north side of the island and do 1 day trips. Irene the owner is easygoing and friendly. I would book the room again.

It’s basically like a tiny luxury hotel room, everything fit with the description, bed is comfy, nice shower and even a little microwave. Perfect to escape the city . The beach is 30 steps from the place and Irene was super helpful!
