When you make your home base at this four-bedroom home in Seaside, you'll be close to it all - one block from the ocean beach and the Seaside Promenade, and a short stroll or bike ride from restaurants, shops, arcades, and all sorts of entertainment in the heart of town.

This home is a place to leave your car behind and explore the best of Seaside on foot or by bike. The beach and the Prom are one block west, the 12th Street Bridge (great for crabbing) and a kids' park are around the corner, and Seaside's main drag - Broadway Street - is just over half a mile south.

Newly built in 2017, the house is comfortable and uncluttered, offering a living room with a gas fireplace to greet you after a day spent at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with every essential, there's space to dine at the two-person kitchen island and the dining table for six, and the back deck provides a wonderful spot to barbecue within earshot of the ocean.

In the evenings, enjoy four flatscreen TVs throughout the house, board games and DVDs for your entertainment, and four inviting bedrooms - one of which is a guest suite that's perfect for grandparents or older kids.

The fourth bedroom and third bathroom reside in the detached guest house.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had a short weekend in Seaside. This home was perfect for us. Location was fantastic and accommodated our pups very well. Everyone (7 and 2 dogs) who traveled for this trip had plenty of space and loved staying here. We will be back, hopefully longer next time.

The house was super nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well. They had coffee, all the cooking spices you need, and plenty of utensils to cook with. We loved the proximity to the ocean and it was only a short walk to the promenade. We had a great time!!

Great spot with multiple rooms for a group trip! Nice touches w arcade games and board games ! It was also nice to be able to bring our dog to the beach for the first time (fenced backyard too for dog). Beds were comfy and big table for groups . Great responsiveness from company .

This house was a great location for us kind of away from the business of downtown Seaside but still close enough to walk if felt up to it. Also just being about 2 blocks from the beach was perfect. My kids loved the toys since we didn't have enough room to bring our own on the trip that kept them very entertained! We also really enjoyed playing the games in the garage big nostalgic vibes for me on some of those games.

Easy walk to the beach. Extra little bungalow if you needed it. A few light fixtures that didn't work, closet door off it's track, but those are not important! Nice place for a dog, all kinds.of friendly touches.

Felt very homey and good location. Decorated with care, not mix matched like so many short term rentals are. The added chidrens toys were a big hit with our 3 year old grandaughter! Parking was a bit tight, but worked for us.

The property was great, clean, close to beach. Issues: No code for mother in law suite, had to call to get that. Bathroom sink faucets upstairs are completely broken. Mold on shower curtain upstairs. The worst was garbage was overflowing when we arrived and I had to contact Vacasa 5 times to get someone to come to remove SOME of it

The house is beautiful- very clean. Has all the amenities you need. Short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We have dogs and there is a nice small closed in area in the backyard for them. Next visit we will select this house. Only suggestion- there were no instructions on how to lock up and the code did not lock the front door. VRBO service was of no help! Also provide instructions on how to use the heat/cool temperature unit as it was confusing but finally figured it out.

The house was nice, clean, spacious and updated. There was plenty of room for our large group, and we could definitely spread out between the downstairs and upstairs living rooms. Plenty of TV’s, which was great for everyone, no complaining from the kids! The guest house was a really nice space too, private and had a kitchenette, which was a nice area. It was a short walk to the esplanade, there was a park and the crabbing bridge right on the corner which was fun. My only complaint, the beds! Very firm and high. Another thing that was odd, the kitchen was equipped with everything; keurig, air fryer etc. but no baking dishes. I don’t feel like this was a homeowner issue, maybe more of a broken or taken issue. We would definitively stay here again with a large group, it was a great setup for that. And bonus for being pet friendly!!

The the home was nice. Space ample for our family and the dog. Nice location, beach easily accessible and not as crowded as it is closer to town. Only complaint would be that one of the comforters we used was visibly dirty and a couple of the pillows seems to have mildew or moly spots on them. Otherwise enjoyable place to stay. Would probably stay there again.

We had a great time at this lovely home. The location was perfectly walkable to the beach, town, outlets, cinema, etc. The layout worked well for our three generation group of five. The loss of a star was due to the poor customer service from Vacasa.

There was only one toilet paper roll the bathroom up stairs was almost gone. lower bath had 1/2 roll so we almost ran out. The beds were really hard and the drain in the upper bath did not drain when you took the shower so you were standing in your own dirt water. down stairs bathroom did not drain in the sink. the step on the front porch was not built up high enough so the step was high and I fell and hurt my hand. The add said it was a block from the beach and it was 4 blocks. The house was by some run down houses which had junk in their yards. The kitchen was not well stocked with very little to cook with. No electric beater, only one spatula which was melted. Will not rent this house again. disappointed.

This has been our favorite place to stay. Super close to the beach and the Promenade. The layout is great with kids upstairs and parents downstairs. Even a separate guest bungalow. We will definitely come back here next year!

This house is beautiful and very clean. The beds are amazing. It's super close to the beach and to town so you can walk everywhere. The neighbors are quiet. Plus they thought of all the perfect touches. Movies, popcorn, smores, beach towels. The furniture is comfortable. The hose in the backyard to rinse your feet and the pups. The fenced backyard was so nice to let the dogs dry a bit after the beach. You will not regret staying here. We loved it.
