Bring the whole crew! The Golden Goose is just 3 miles to downtown Cincy, located in Covington, Ky. The home boasts huge gathering spaces including an 8' pool table room, hearth room, kitchen, and enormous great room/dining room. Wake up and enjoy coffee on the large deck! This 5-bed, 3-bath home includes a well-appointed interior with all of the comforts of home. 4-5 off-street parking spots in the driveway! The perfect place for your group to enjoy the Cincinnati area!

This is a well maintained and updated 150-year-old house that we call the Golden Goose because it was originally a farmhouse for a goose farm. It is completely updated and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The Golden Goose is an amazing property. We chose this home because of its massive size and great proximity to downtown and the area of Covington. The whole extended family or group of friends can fit comfortably and enjoy a great time together. The showstopper is the huge family/dining room that walks out to a large deck. You will spend most of your time here, gathering, laughing, and taking in the seasonal view of Cincinnati. Enjoy your time in a comfortable and stylish space. There are also ample amounts of fluffy towels, clean linens, and little extras that make this place feel like home. You may never want to leave! The property has 3 floors, see the breakdown below:

1st Floor
Pool table room: 8 ft pool table, sticks, cues, and seating

Location description:
Nice quiet urban residential neighborhood close to downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer. We are also a few miles from Covington Main Strauss Village which is home to many restaurants and bars and the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Newport on the Levee entertainment district and the aquarium are also nearby. The Arc encounter is approx 40-minute drive and the Creation Museum is a 20-minute drive away.

Things to note:
There is not a bathtub in the house, but the 2nd-floor shower has a handheld shower wand. There is also a baby tub and child-size tub that can be placed inside the shower to make it easier for bathing children.
Absolutely no pets allowed due to host health issues.

Our group of 13 stayed at the house for a wedding in Cincinnati. The house was spacious and well appointed. Our group also enjoyed using the pool table and ping pong table. I would highly recommend this accommodation!!

This was the perfect spot for our corporate team outing. The large living room, dining area and back deck was plenty of room for the team to spread out and relax. The garage, ping pong table and corn hole boards were a huge bonus! Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee in the back deck was simply perfect. Large country home with a short distance to downtown Covington. This house had everything you could need. Plenty of towels for 20 people. The property owners made sure you don’t have to go to the store for dishwasher soap, garbage bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry soap, paper towels! A lot of extras you don’t usually see. This was a great place for the 20 of us! Would highly recommend it!

I travelled with a very large group for a few days of activities in the N Kentucky/Cincinnati area and this was the perfect home for our stay. The space was just as expected and gave not only adequate sleeping space, but many areas for groups to hang out and enjoy various activities during our times back at the house. The house is really adaptable and groups or large families will find it a perfect setting. Beyond that, the hosts were absolutely great to work with. Communication was timely, friendly, and helpful. Possibly my favorite VRBO hosts so far! I highly recommend this home and any others run by these hosts!

This property was perfect for my friends and I who were looking for a girls trip for the weekend. The house was well stocked and inviting, the check-in process was very simple, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A Krogers and Party Source were within 10 minute drives and we were able to Uber to downtown Cincy for less than $15/10 min ride. Would definitely recommend for any large group!

The property is beautiful! There was plenty of space for my group of 15 to sit around and knit, talk, relax. Tons of plates, bowls, utensils, etc and everyone liked that the shelves in the kitchen were labeled! The grill worked wonderfully and there was plenty of patio furniture for those who wanted to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a great home for our extended family trip to northern Kentucky to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It’s an older house in a residential area of all older houses, and had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids

Went down with 8 friends to play disc-golf at Idleawild. The Golden goose is a great location, and an amazing house with everything we needed! Spent our nights hanging out and laughing on the spacious deck, and close enough to Cincinnati & Covington for a inexpensive uber trip. Hope to come back someday!!

House was warm snd welcoming when we arrived. The kids loved the huge upstairs bedroom and it was perfect for our large family It was a short drive to the Ark Encounter and a day at Perfect North. This Fla family especially appreciated the snow our last day too!
