Everything very good apart from initial confusion over key box code we were waiting for an hour and 45 minutes before we eventually got the key box code. It was in the attachment of the email titled 'Directions' which I didn't look at. According to the site manager this has happened before. Suggestion put the key code at the beginning of the email where everyone can see it. Apart from that everything was A1

The chalet was compact but well-equipped and comfortable. The site was peaceful and pleasant. An excellent base for a week on the North Norfolk coast, at a reasonable cost.

Another fabulous 4 night break
We love staying at 103 Kings Chalets. The location is great especially if bring your four legged fur baby. Lovely walks along the beach, woods and cliff tops. Fun playing in the field and meeting new friends. Cromer is very dog friendly especially at The Kings Head pub where they are treated to yummy dog biscuits

Everything you need
The chalets are compact but ideal for a couple. The owners had supplied absolutely everything you will need and all was very clean and in excellent condition. The chalets can feel a little damp out of season but they had supplied heaters which were a godsend. I was pleasantly surprised as some places are very thrifty or what you get is well used, this was all very clean and new.. It's a dog paradise having the park and beach so close. If you want a reasonable priced break with your four legged friend it's an ideal location. There is an electric meter which takes £1 coins, however we used about £5 for 5 days which you cannot complain about that's more than acceptable.

The chalet was well kept, clean and comfortable. The chalet park was quiet and the surrounding walks were excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable, well equipped chalet.
When you stay at a chalet in Kings Chalet Park you do not expect luxury, and this is reflected in the price that you pay.
This chalet is comfortable and well equipped, even a hairdryer and outside chairs provided. The fridge stopped working while we were staying there, I reported it in the morning and when we returned to the chalet that evening, the fridge had been replaced and all of the food had been transferred into the new fridge, which is great service.
I do feel that the chalet would benefit from a deep clean and the mattress in the double bedroom was stained. I cleaned the chalet when we arrived. I did mention this to the owner and I am sure that this will be resolved.
A good base to discover Cromer and the surrounding area in a lovely chalet park.

The chalet was very clean, decorated lovely, everything such as toaster, microwave and all other accessories I'm sure must have been new. Loads of videos and games to play if weather is bad. Could do with a General store on camp. Thanks for a lovely stay. John and Mary.

Chalet is in a park that is clean and tidy. Very quiet whilst we were there. Lovely area, walked across a field at the back and onto the cliffs. Stairs to get down to beach. Everything needed was there. Chalet lovely and clean. Only downsize were the beds which were not very comfy at all. Double bed was so small my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms. Otherwise a wonderful holiday and the weather was glorious. We can recommend walking along the beach to Overstrand and eating at the cafe on the cliff.

Chal
Overall the chalet was fine wasnot happy to find four men in chalet when returning to chalet after being out they said they were checking electrics but had no ID one of the man said he was the site caretaker but didn't have any ID a telephone call to me saying they need to gain access to the challet would have been nice! Or a bit of consideration of my personal space and belonging in the challet just letting themselves in and why four men need to check electric s

Good little chalet
Pros: Reasonably priced, near to the cliffs and beach, place was immaculate on arrival, good amount of basic things provided e.g. beach chairs, pots/pans and cleaning stuff.
Cons: The chalet did get quite hot when the sun was out (a fan is provided though) and the main bed seemed slightly smaller than a normal double bed so was difficult to share between two adults.

Nice chalet
Sorry to say the cleanliness was disappointing. Everywhere was dusty, the worktops, microwave etc, there were hairs on the sofa and chair. On removing the bag from the swing-bin in the kitchen, that too was dirty. I would have expected the chalet to have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. I realise the cleaners have a tough task cleaning properties in the given time and I’m hoping this was a one-off and will be rectified.
Having said that please do not be put off hiring this chalet, we have stayed here three times now, it is in an ideal situation for walks along the cliff tops and also for the town, pier and beach. The site is well maintained and there is a field at the back of the site for football, cricket etc.

Needs new windows
our stay was cosy whilst the weather was fine, but once the weather changed, we noticed the windows were not double glazed and the door was not a good fit.
Also the cutlery drawer is rather overcrowded. Needs extra shelves in sink cupboards. Otherwise OK

Good
The accommodation was clean & Tidy. The check in was so easy. Just a bit too far away from the car park for a wheelchair & it was a struggle with linen, cases etc.
