Those little touches make all the difference - the milk and prosecco in the fridge, the fudge on the table. You can take your tea and have it by the sea. Cosy, welcoming, perfect

We are a family of 4 and have just returned from a weeks stay at the seashells. Nothing but praise for this little holiday gem.
Perfect location if you don't mind a small amount of pub noise from next door. It didn't bother us as after closing it was quiet and easy to sleep.
Had a few minor issues that were corrected immediately without fuss. I really can't fault it at all. Seashells was fully equipped, comfortable and very clean indeed.
Would highly recommend and will be returning at some stage.

A lovely cottage in the centre of Cromer, which is well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful week there - it was our third visit- and it's ideal for pets too; being so close to the beach. The welcome pack was amazing, cake, wine and flowers included. We'll definitely go again.

Next to a pub with loud live music over the weekend.
Next to a pub with loud live music over the weekend. Parking not 25 yards away as described but a 15 minute walk away. Living room very cramped for 6 and the rear courtyard opened up to the busy pub courtyard. Young people may have enjoyed it but not suitable for older people or those with children.
