Great cosy wee flat with everything you need provided.
It's a 15 minute walk to town but I knew this having been before.

A great spot for our family to relax and enjoy during our stay in St Andrews. An easy walk to shops and town, quiet street, all the amenities provided in a very clean and well-appointed flat. Particularly enjoyed the suntrap patio and garden on a nice day!

Great flat - two bedrooms, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath (and a garden, too, if the weather had let us use it). At about 20 minutes walk into town, it was close enough (there was a parking space, but we came by train and did not have a car). Lots of supermarkets nearby, so we mostly cooked for ourselves using the well-stocked kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable - we slept very well. Wifi was good. They turned the heat on before we arrived, so the flat was already warmed up and we did not have to adjust it. Maggie was not there but was very communicative and her instructions were excellent, so no problem.
A little old-fashioned, particularly the bathroom. Working the locks on the doors and windows took a lot of experimenting - it was easy once we figured out how to do it, but the mechanisms were not logical. And while the flat was in general very well-stocked with almost everything we could need, it strangely was missing soap/shampoo in the shower (we saw this in earlier reviews and brought our own) and while there were several types of coffee-makers the only coffee available was instant.

The house was very cosy and given that we ate in most times, the well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. The owner and property manager thought of everything from having enough dish towels to ensuring there was milk, juice and biscuits upon check-in. We also enjoyed the snowfall and snow play at the private backyard. Bus options to town were clearly listed in the guide file and having a sundry shop 20 steps from the doorstep was very convenient.
We were aware it was not near town but buses were very regular so one just has to plan.

I visit St Andrews regularly for work and for leisure and this is one of the very best places I have stayed, The owners have done a lovely job with the layout and decor of the property, spotless, attention to detail and everything you need, Location was great for us as a short walk into town centre. Hope to be able to stay here again on a future visit, would highly recommend.

The facilities in the apartment go above and beyond expectations. It is unlike any BnB on offer in the vicinity; We felt like we were at home! Each room is neat and clean, the kitchen was ready to use, our host had even provided us with a carton of milk, juice and fresh coffee powder, (not the sachets) to make us feel comfortable. This space also comes with a small garden area with a BBQ setup as well! All these amenities and the excellent condition of the apartment gives this space two thumbs up!! If you need a space for up to 4 people in St. Andrews, please look no further.
Perhaps if our host could provide some shampoo or moisturiser for us to use in the bathrooms, it would be a nice touch.

Outstanding! The Tom Morris flat exceeded our expectations. Itâs got 2 good sized double bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining room and has a wonderfully large tub in the bathroom. The location is in a quiet residential area, guaranteeing a good nightâs sleep. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The kitchen is compact and well equipped with all conveniences and the host very thoughtfully left a few essentials for us, including a package of lovely shortbreads. There is a small grocery store across the street and 2 larger shops at the top end of the road. The private parking is a bonus. The flat is an easy and pleasant walk into town. I canât imagine a better place to stay when visiting St Andrews.

Appartment was really comfortable and well equipped
We didnât dislike anything had a great time

Location was perfect for walking in and out to town, or bus service runs every half hour from just around the corner, and M&S and Aldi a ten minute walk away which was ideal, or the corner shop directly across the road for bits and pieces was great, looking forward to a return visit next year.
The only thing that l found was missing was a non slip rubber mat for inside the bath, because there are no handles to hold onto, the base became very slippery climbing in and out of the shower, otherwise nothing not to like, all good!
