Nestled among the trees, this private, pet friendly and peaceful villa is the ideal place for you to kick back and relax. Follow the brick path to the private courtyard. Enter the villa through the key-less front door – no waiting for or worrying about losing your keys!

Being an end unit, this villa presents itself with 2 large patio doors, extra light, and 2 private patios. The enclosed courtyard is the perfect place for your pet to safely roam the outdoors while you sip your cup of coffee or take in the stars.

Want to stay in? The kitchen is updated and well equipped to make cooking easy. Dine at the large counter height table or gather here for snacks, conversation and/or games. Comfortable furnishings provide the perfect place to sit back while you stream your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Board games, movies, cards, cable, and wireless internet are provided for your entertainment.

Want a beach day? Folly Field Beach is a stone’s throw away with restrooms on the boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys, noodles and umbrellas are provided for your beach enjoyment. Lifeguards are on duty March through September and your furry friend is welcome to join you before 9am or after 5pm during the busy months! Off-season, dogs are welcome anytime. If you don’t like sand in your shoes, relax by the shaded pool. The clubhouse has restrooms and grills you can use.

Need some adventure? We provide you with brochures, menus, event flyers, coupon books, and maps to find your perfect adventure! Bedroom two includes a king size bed, smart TV and oversize closet with organizer. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms two and three share a large updated full bath. A full size washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall for your convenience.

We have been coming to HHI for the last 4 years and this has been my favorite place. Loved the location, very nice area with very short walk to the pool and beach. Could use a deep cleaning, but overall enjoyed the place and the comfortable bedding and couches, the beach/pool gear and the size of the villa. The A/c did not work very good upstairs and could’ve been cooler for sure but could’ve just been where it was SO hot outside. WE would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a family vacation for a week. It was our first time ever coming to Hilton Head Island. This property has all the comforts of home with everything you need for vacation. 10/10 super clean, walking distance to the beach. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else book here. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience.

We had the best time on our family vacation. Condo literally has everything you need. Christy has thought of it all even down to stairs and bowls for your dogs which was nice bc our Yorkie is small and uses stairs at home. Kitchen was fully stocked, private front area for dogs and bikes and a quick walk down to beach access.

We enjoyed our family trip to Hilton Head. We fell in love with the beautiful foliage and beach. The townhouse is set underneath a couple amazing trees. It accommodated us perfectly. We picked up some fresh food at the local seafood stand and had some great dinners. We used the grill for steaks, burgers, and sausages. The living room had a big couch and chairs along with a large TV for the kids to chill after dark. We loved it so much we booked again. Kitchen was fully stocked. We brought kitchen items but ended up not needing them.

This condo had everything you could think of, including phone charges conveniently located throughout the house. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walking to the beach was great. Overall location was nice-quiet neighborhood and still accessible to island attractions. Highly recommend!

A great location overall. Perfect place for 2 couples. Each had a king sized bed and their own bathroom. Living space was great -- large, comfortable sectional and chairs. Large screen tv. Most importantly, pet friendly! Two outdoor seating areas -- outdoor seating in one area; outdoor dining in another. My only piece of advice would be to enhance the outdoor seating area - old, dusty furnishings. Two sheds with chairs and beach paraphernalia, but both need to be cleaned out and re-organized. Many beach chairs old & rusted. Otherwise, a fabulous place! We loved our stay. Thank you!

This property lived up to every expectation that we had. Really close to Folly Field Beach! Five minutes walk to the beautiful white, sandy, family and dog friendly beach. Great location to nature’s bike and walking trails. Conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. Home is really well stocked. I have stayed in several Vrbo locations, and by far this was my favorite! A wonderful home away from home! We hope to stay again next year!!!! The owner is also very easy to reach should you need assistance.

We have been staying in the folly beach area for the month of Feb for several years. We have finally found a condo that is big enough and comfortable for an entire month. Christy stocks the kitchen with everything you could need. Furniture in comfortable and unit is very clean. Don’t plan on booking for February because we want it every year

We loved the home and defiantly the location! We had enough space to host guests and enjoy privacy as well. The home is very nicely styled and functional in all aspects. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Christy was so great to work with when we needed anything at all. You won't be disappointed in her private townhouse. The place was so nice! The host was so thoughtful by leaving beach chairs, a beach wagon, and lots of kitchen amenities. The walk from the beach was so short, so the location was ideal! We loved it, and we’d definitely want to come back.

Very clean, spacious, and cozy villa. We felt very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach. Beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and toys so helpful to have. Pool was clean and a great option when we needed a break from the beach. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

My son in law bought some Columbia shorts and other clothes he can’t find;( we stayed 7/16-20th! Ty!!!

Pool was lovely and close to the condo and the beach was about a block away with restrooms and vending machines. Lots of extras, including a coffee maker, Keurig pods, cooking supplies, soaps, and beach chairs, wagon, etc. The family room is super comfortable with sectional sofa and big screen TV. The condo is tucked away in a quiet corner, lots of privacy. The inside was clean and laid out well. Rooms were comfortable, and laundry was very convenient. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach, it was a lovely neighborhood to navigate through.

We are had great spring break at Christy’s villa. It was all our family needed for vacation. The condo is spacious, clean and accommodating. Christy made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the trip. A short 8 minute walk from the condo and you are on beautiful Folly Field Beach. There are great restaurants right across the street. We will definitely be back!

We had a great mid-week get away, the villa was perfect for us and our little dog. The location was perfect, and the description of a short walk to the Beach was exactly correct. Hilton Head Island is beautiful in the late winter. The Folly Field townhouse is an end unit with sliders providing views of the grounds in 2 directions. The enclosed entry court provided a safe space for our dog to enjoy fresh air without adult supervision. All the comforts of home were provided, including the soaps, paper products and trash bags.
