Highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The value the place offers is way higher than what you pay them for. Unfortunate

The room is extremely clean and in great condition. There is everything you need equippped for a comfortable stay. The service and attitude provided by the staff is top-notch. They went beyond their main responsibilities to help me out with motorbike rental, package delivery, food recommendation…The location is super convenient, right at the heart of the city, 6 minutes walk from the Old Quarter. The exterior and interior look neat and aesthetic.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms very fantastic value for money and we were even given a free room upgrade upon arrival. Location was great and only a short walk from everything you would need for a great stay in Hanoi!

Great location, on a quieter street would 100% stay again, room size was great, clean as per pictures

Minor thing unable to give late check out which was completely fine but then the staff said we weren’t able to leave our bags at reception as they had too many. There was heaps of room at reception for two extra bags, I wasn’t happy with that response and then they allowed me to leave bags for 4 hours.

Great stay in Old Square, Hanoi

The place is located in heart of old square, with walking distance to almost everything. I got upgraded to a bigger room since they didn’t have the room I booked available. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. The staff here is wonderful. Cindy from the reception was there to greet me at my late night check-in and helped me extend my stay here last minute, without any problem.

lovely hotel in a perfect location with great staff!

Super comfortable hotel, with great bedrooms and air conditioning. Staff were so friendly the ladies on the front desk were a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating, the friendly staff and lovely hotel made our trip to Hanoi even more special! couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Good location. On the outside of the old quarter so easy for hotel pick-ups and easy to walk around. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I forgot my hat and the staff held onto it until I returned from my trip to cat ba island

bad bad hotel avoid at all costs

Extremely bad experience the AC not working. The room was pretty small and the price was high very bad experience much better hotels available around the area. Couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the bad smell in AC not working.

very confortable bed, clean room, very well situated staff in the day (Julie) speaks very well English and is helpful

- staff at night doesn’t speak English at all and is completely useless. - no hot water after 5 minutes shower. forget to have a long shower here - very noisy after 9am. don’t wish to sleep after that hour

I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The operator honored +3% when paying by payment card. He did not have information about the reserved (for Booking) room. After paying for the accommodation, he informed me that he did not have a reserved room. But that he can move me to another hotel 900 m away. The receptionist was very, very unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend staying here.
