Mukava syysloma.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen, auton kanssa liikkuminen oli paikasta helppoa. Upea merinäköala. Kivinen uimaranta oli lähellä. Lähellä oli myös tenniskenttä ja jalkapallokenttä(kivinen pinnoite), niitäkin olisi voinut käyttää maksutta, näin lomakauden loppupuolella. Asunto oli tosi siisti ja kodikas, karvamatot kylläkin ehkä jättäisin pois yleisen hygenian takia.

Puutteista ehkä sen verran että jääkaappi ei oikein toiminut, kylmä se ainakin ei ollut niin kun pitäisi, reunassa oli iso jää klöntti. Ja pakastin taas oli aivan umpi jäässä. Myös veitset kaipaisi teroitusta. Pieni paistin pannu pitäisi myös uusia.

Hieno asunto kauniilla näköalalla ja rauhallisella sijainnilla lähellä lentokenttää ja Dubrovnikia

Majoittaja oli todella mukava ja avulias, auttoi jopa matkalaukkujen kantamisessa. Asunnon parvekkeelta on todella upea merinäköala. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittavat laitteet ja välineet jopa pidempäänkin majoittumiseen. Majoittajan perhe omistaa Konoba King ravintolan rakennuksen alakerrassa. Ravintolan ruoka ja palvelu ovat ensiluokkaisia, joten pöytävaraus kannattaa tehdä hyvissä ajoin.

Plat on kohteena kaunis ja mielenkiintoinen. Valitettavasti sota on tuhonnut kauniita rakennuksia ja jättänyt alueelle ikäviä arpia. Sillä on loistokas menneisyys ja suunnitelmat uudesta loistosta ovat toteuttamista vailla valmiina.

The view from the balcony. We were greeted upon arrival by the owner, Duso was very friendly. Cold water and candy were waiting for us in the apt. He gave us all the necessary information. Bathroom lighting.

Perfect choice

one of the nicest apartments we stayed at so far, spacious, modern, very tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, very cosy, fully equipped with everything you would need, amazing sea view, extremely friendly and nice owners, we felt very welcome and it was just perfect, highly recommended

A great family run establishment offering super facilities and warm hospitality.

The warm hospitality. Recognising that there was little open on the day and the time we arrived Teja kindly offered us a little something to eat consisting of meat and cheese. We liked the great attention to detail and the well-stocked kitchen and weather permitting you might be lucky to catch the lovely sea view from the balcony.

It was quite a windy night and that meant a disturbed sleep. This is no fault of the apartment itself, just the time of year and its location contributed to this. We visited out of season and were happy to find something so wonderful to stay in.

Eens je de locatie hebt gevonden, is het top !

Uitzicht op de zee. Zeer mooie geriefelijke flat. Vlakbij Dubrovnik.

Aankomst. We kwamen in de avond toe en vonden de locatie niet. Was donker . We dachten dat het een hotel of pension was. We kwamen toe in de regen, waren moe en vonden het niet. De omgeving is wat verwaarloosd, dus je verwacht er ook geen pension of zo. Uiteindelijk vonden we een resto,met de naam King maar dat was gesloten. Weer pech. We hoorden een hond op de eerste verdieping, gingen daar ook aanbellen, niets. Uiteindelijk besloten we de trappen te nemen naar de tweede verdieping. Daar was het. De aankomst was dus echt in mineur maar het appartement en het uitzicht is echt prachtig !!!

EXCEPȚIONAL... Ar trebui sa dau nota 2o dar. Se pare ca nu există. Am avut impresia ca am fost la o rudă, care a pkecat si ne-a lăsat sa locuim acolo. Curatenie, priveliște, dotata cu tot cei trebuie. Gazdele foarte ospitaliere. Pe departe cea mai buna cazare din Croația. Felicitări proprietarilor.

A piece of paradise hosted by the most beautiful family

Everything is exactly as announced but even better. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, as if I was at my own home. The view of the balcony is to die for and the beach is just a 5 min walk way, in a very peaceful and not overcrowded area. The location of the apartment is just perfect as it is very close to Dubrovnik's city center, to other very candid smalls towns around and just 20 min away from the airport. Supermarkets and other convenience stores are fastly reached from the house as well. Nevertheless, what made most of my experience in this amazing house was the owners: some of the best people I had the honor to meet in my life, full of joy, kindness and generosity. I felt home and within family. My heart broke when I had to leave.

The only negative side is the fact that eventually you have to leave :(

Amazing experience.

Probably the best accomodation when you want to visit Dubrovnik. The apartament was very clean, with a stunning view. Dubravko, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing experience at King Suite.

Verry nice and helpfull host and his familie. 🌞🌿The appartmant is verry good fernished. We liked a lot the design of the bathroom. There are few nice beaches near the place and a beautiful see-view from the balkony. There is possible to take a taxi-boat to Dubrovnik, Zavtat or book a tre islands boat trip.

It was one of the best apartments I have ever been in. The owner is very, very hospitable. The hotel has a restaurant with very tasty cuisine - I highly recommend it for dinner. The room was even bigger than we expected. And the view from the window is simply magnificent - the garden and the sea! The room provided everything for living - a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, air conditioning, there was even all the pasta and tea, coffee, some cereals. All the time of rest there was a feeling that we were not in a hotel, but came to visit our beloved relatives, it was so cozy and comfortable. Many thanks to the owners for your hard work, for this amazing place, great food and your hospitality! We'll definitely be back!

- Bed is massive and sooooo comfortable - 5 mins walk to Plat Beach - Kitchen full of all the utenstils/crockery you need - Air Conditioning for those hot days and portable electric heather for those chilly nights - Beautiful Sunsets from the Balcony - Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old town - Walking distance from bus stop or taxi boat pier - Plenty of parking available to hire a car - 1.5km signposted walk to Mlini through the neighbourhoods - Best Konoba in Dubrovnik located nearby! - Washing Machine available

Perfect stay in a perfect place.

This place is simply amazing. The apartment is large and modern and everything you need is available. The hosts are super friendly. They wrote a welcome card to me and put a bottle of champagne in the fridge to welcome me. In the evening, I had a glass of wine with the host. There is a free private parking space available which is great since you'll need a car to get to Dubrovnik or some of the beautiful other places in the area. I'm definitely going to stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to the Dubrovnik region. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay!

Love, calmness, happniess

It is hard to choose only a few things because the whole experience was sooo amazing. The kindness of the Family, the breathtaking view from our apartment, the delicious foods of the house... it was just simply perfect :-)

I come here with my fiancé and we really had a lovely stay, wish we could stay longer. The apartment is very cosy and have that homey feeling, it’s very neat and tidy everything is on its place. The view is just remarkable perfect for the morning breakfast at the balcony. Great place for couples but also for family’s, the location is very peaceful and easy to find. Definitely will come back!
