Love the place, location. Feel like home.
Stairs to bedroom, but did not use them often. Lovely otherwise.

Surroundings, beautiful location in nice forests. Fits a group of friends eager for exploring a lot of bike trails that are available in the region. On evenings listening old HiFi with tunned radio which corresponds to the atmosphere :) It must be nice to stay there every season.
Missing drinking water (but it was fairly communicated and some extra bottles of drinking water were available). The place is not as alone as we assumed (cottage colony), but still is very calm. Bad cell signal (which can be +). Older equipment with some small problems, which we've discussed w the host. It will be nice to have wood prepared for the fireplace and not just rely on electricity radiators, but it was also mentioned before our stay.

Location was excellent – just in a forest, "in the middle of nowhere” – if somebody does like the nature. Beds were quite comfortable, bed linen & towels were clean and fresh.
Unfortunately, the time of best shape for this cottage has passed already – many facilities were old, used-up or even broken. The floor in the cottage was dirty, with many stains (of fat – or something) – in this context all the remarks about cleaning shoes “because there are carpets inside” looked like a gloomy joke. Spider webs were everywhere, refrigerator was dirty (with a mold inside), the bathroom was dirty too. From the oven we have removed ca. quarter kilogram of “carbon-like” dirt. At the very beginning of our visit there we had to start with big cleaning & disinfection work – it was not too funny after a way of ca. 700 km. In contrary to the “booking.com” information – there is no barbecue facilities; just a lattice looking like a fragment of a supermarket cart.
As for owner – we noted quite strange manners; even in a mail correspondence – he was completely anonymous. We’ve got to know his name not before a request for opinion (after the visit – at the “booking.com” website) – we haven’t met him nor even talked by phone. The final SMS (concerning the time of our departure) – was not answered; fortunately I have got a delivery report.
OK – sometimes it is quite nice not to have any way of connection with the world, but even for safety reasons, e.g. WiFi would be very welcome.

The location was excellent if you're into hiking it is one of the best spots to be.
Even the cottage is equipped with everything you need to stay in, and is very spacious inside as it has 3 bedrooms.
The Fireplace inside the cottage was something exceptional that gives the cottage an additional wintery look.
The mobile reception was very weak in the area, and even the thing to book a taxi was like a mission impossible even when the taxi was booked from booking.com it was rejected/cancelled 2 times for no reason, we had to go to Hotel Zochova Chata (Aprox 2KM walk) and book a taxi from there to be picked up.

Location was fantastic in the forest lots of space for kids to play
The water was not able to be drunk.

Equipment : we got more than "everything" we needed. From spices to a new kettle.
Cleanliness : the bed linen were clean. We got enough towels.
Owner : before cheking in, the owner sent us a very detailed summary /manual to the Apartment. It helped us a lot.
On the bed of my daughter was a little surprise for her that made her very happy. Thank you!
Equipment : the Grill was just a part of a Shopping cart, so it was kindda complicated for us to use.
Cleanliness : there were spider webs in every corner downstairs. The refrigerator was also not the cleanest one. The living room was quite dusty and we found food rest from the previous gest. The mirror cabinet in the bathroom was dirty.
Owner : we were very disaponted that we must have leave 2 hours eralier because of a new guest.
