Non vale il prezzo

L'arredo è grazioso

Comunicazione terribile, sono giorni che aspetto una ricevuta per la tassa di soggiorno, ho scritto, neanche si prendono la briga di scrivere in risposta, non risponde quasi mai, check in è tardi, check out presto, telecomandi senza batterie, bagno con muffa e puzza, letti scomodi, decisamente non vale quello che si paga, soprattutto per la comunicazione, non si vede nessuno della struttura, non ci siamo sentiti per niente bene accolti.

Carino, confortevole... ma con troppi interruttori

Appartamento molto carino nel centro di Bologna, in zona tranquilla. Arredi di pregio, sicuramente oltre la media e più adatti a una fruizione proprietaria che non da parte di terzi

L'appartamento è pieno di interruttori molto poco pratici, tanto che non sono riuscito a spengere tutte le luci la notte. Alcuni cavi elettrici in vista e lampadine fulminate non sono in linea con lo standard dell'appartamento. Sarebbero altresì comode istruzioni per il parcheggio direttamente a corredo della descrizione dell'appartamento

Uns dias em Bologna em família

Localização e decoração. Corresponde às fotografias.

As luzes têm problemas, umas não acendem e outras só se apagam se se desligar o disjuntor do quadro. Não tinha microondas, o que dificulta o aquecimento do leite ao pequeno-almoço. O molho de chaves não tem chave do edifício e a solução apresentada foi ligar para um número (mas o molho de chaves tinha uma chave que estava partida). Penso que um electricista pode resolver estes problemas e o alojamento ganha pontos. Um microondas nos dias que correm não são caros e ajudam muito. Quanto à chave devem fazer uma (também não me parece ter um custo relevante).

Comfortable quirky apartment at the edge of city centre

Decent size apartment at the edge of city centre, you can walk to major sights, quiet street and quiet building. Very comfortable, clean, everything worked. Would gladly stay there again.

Nothing really. Would have been nice to find some tea and coffee, since you don't really want to go looking for a shop to buy if your stay is short.

A lovely stay in a tasteful apartment close to all Bologna has to offer.

The apartment was lovely. Very nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. Lcocation was fabulous. A very quiet area, which felt safe, but perfect for visiting the historical areas, bars, restaurants, culture as very close for all.

It would have been very useful to have the information needed to gain access to the apartment before we left the UK as we couldn't get internet access to retrieve the information needed and it was all quite stressful after a long journey. The outside seating area was disappointing. It was uncared for and dirty and would have benefited from plants.

Very nice, spacious apartment over 2 floors in Bologna

Spacious apartment, plenty of storage room. Nespresso coffee machine. Washer-dryer machine :)

Bare floorboards in bathroom. Multiple doors/gates and keys/codes to access apartment. Access to apartment arranged over phone on arrival - no greeting in person.

Very good

The house is decorated as European style, so we absolutely enjoyed all rooms in the house. It is located close to station and lots of restaurants and bars.

The interior lighting is quite dim

Quirky interior, but great facilities and central.

An unconventional interior design, but very nice facilities with a full bathroom on both floors. Surround audio system with amplifier (not wireless) to play music and a decent kitchen with many utensils (including wine-opener). Would work great for families with 2 kids, too.

The process to get the keys was a big awkward as we all had foreign phones and not great Wi-Fi access at the time. Fast response and great customer service, so not an issue overall.

The location was grate few minutes walk away from the city center.

There was no heating at all.There weren’t eny blankets and the owner applied that he was to far when we asked for some blanket’s at least.He just give as advice to find the heater and try to fix it by our own by sending him photos of the heater.Of course we didn’t fix it.The air conditioners controllers they were missing from the apartment too..

Disappointing...keep looking...

What a disappointment! The property was not as advertised. The pictures on Booking.com were from a while ago and show a wonderful, clean, bright, colorful property. What you get when you arrive is an apartment in disrepair. The terrace was filthy with pigeon poop and algae and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was pigeon poop on the walkway and window sills....not just a little but a lot. In the apartment there were drawer fronts in the bathroom that were broken, water damage in the upstairs bathroom on the ceiling and flooring boards removed, 3 automatic skylight window shades were broken, No cushions on the couch and living room rugs and coffee tables missing, numerous light bulbs burnt out and overall evidence that a good cleaning had not been down in a while. Overall, a once lovely place gone to ruin...but still advertised in its past glory. Feels like a bit of bait and switch......and shame on Booking.com....who has been made aware of this issue but chooses to ignore it.

Dated, poor check in, no coffee

central location in Bologna

Awful check in. Despite the property asking me repeatedly what time we would arrive, when we did I arrive there was nobody there. I rang the contact number and a man answered who was driving with his radio turned up. He gave me broken instructions to find the apartment but the worse of which were to find the green door…it’s was very dark, we had to use phone torches to get about. there was no way we could see a green door in the dark! thankfully a resident neighbour came out of her apartment and pointed to where she thought the room was. in the apartment there was nothing at all to welcome us. no coffee, water or fruit. whilst this isn’t listed I’d usually find something left as a greeting. the lights were complicated, the air conditioning units had no remotes or instructions, the powered velux blinds got stuck and I had to stand on the bed to close them manually. There were also speaker wires all over the place, seemed very unfinished or well dated. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially poor value for money.

The apartment was clean. The location is good to explore the city. The host provided good information for checking in and it was very easy. We had a good time .

Great location, clean and nicely kept.

We arrived and the unit was very clean, not cluttered and warm being that it was a cold January month. Everything was as advertised, the rooms was spacious with plenty of storage. The couch was already set up as a bed when we arrived in the evening nice and clean. The shower could use a little adjusting, the floor is damaged a bit because of the faulty shower but not a major issue. I would definitely recommend this place, it was very nice for the price and the owner was easy to work with, great communication. Thank you!!
