The facility ruined our stay in the beautiful city of Messina.

Location

It is not correctly described in the site. It is one apartment with one kitchen and few separate rooms, which can be rented by at leas 3 separate couples. Our was 2 bedrooms with only one bathroom, while it was described with private bathroom. This is absolutely inconvenient for 2 adult couples to share 1 bathroom, irrespectively if they are one family or not. In addition the key for our 2 rooms was spanner-like key. You could open our rooms with any type of key. This is not acceptable when there are few other families in the facility. In addition there are cameras in the corridor and in the kitchen, which constantly are monitored by the manager of the place, which is also unacceptable, despite that there is a sign for video-monitoring. There is discrepancy between the description and reality.

The rooms were very commodious and comfortable, there was a separate kitchen with a range of choices to go with coffee/tea and, best of all, the hostess, Antonella, and her co-hort, Rosario, we’re unbelievably attentive. We felt like family.

Great place to stay in Messina, would recommend to anyone visiting

Easy and helpful check in process, comfy beds and very good AC. Large room, good shared kitchen facilities. Helpful, friendly and accommodating customer service. Very nice breakfasts provided by the cafe they are partnered with, a 2 minute walk away in the main square.

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. Great location and very nice host!

This was a very charming place to stay and we loved our short time here! The host is very quick to respond, extremely helpful and check-in was really easy. We had trouble with our taxi driver and she came out to help us sort it out (don't take a taxi from outside the train station, call an uber or call radio taxi instead!!!). The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a very walkable location and Antonella the host gave great recommendations on day trips and things to see. We didn't use the kitchen but it was a nice, clean shared space with some coffee and tea and light refreshments provided! I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

location is really good, walking distance to train station even with child and luggage… room is neat and beautiful, you can get everything necessary for the stay… nice Restaurant recommend from the host, and not far away or difficult to find, food was nicely cooked and reasonable prices… so as well the breakfast in the bar, was nice Idea..

More than !!!

Super place that went beyond the norm.

The bedroom could have a waste paper bin and the pillows were hard. Really really firm foam and no choice. I had to take two throw cushions in order to sleep. If they could offer a soft pillow in the wardrobe for those of us with very very sensitive head necks that would be amazing.

Location Fantastic

Host very communicative and helpful via WhatsApp. She made a point to meet us for check in and check out - although we chose to remote check in and she easily walked us through it step by step. Parking available outside on street - seemed overwhelming at first but fairly easy to find parking. Recommend using EasyParc parking app to pay. Breakfast available at nearby cafe but we chose to use the great communal kitchen facility where coffee is available 24 hr. Fridge in room with free water. Room is very clean.

Wifi was a little spotty at times but overall fine.

location and cleanliness was perfect

weekend appears to be very noisy. with earplugs its fine. being ground level and central means lots of people driving by or walking by and making noise.

Central Location. Modern Rooms. Great staff.

The place is very central, great to explore the city. The room was perfectly clean, modern and had a comfortable mattress. Complimentary bottles of water were made available in the room minibar on arrival. Breakfast was included in partnership with a nearby café (great granita). The staff was super friendly and made us feel looked after throughout our stay.

Fantastic accommodation and host

Spotless and stylish room in a perfect location very close to the cathedral. The host could not do enough to help us with advice and recommendations, and was always on hand to assist with questions. Great value for money.
