The staff. Carmelo was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist us
7.0
Clean and tidy.
Host met us on the street which was helpful.
Communal kitchen available and small breakfast in room/to go which was fit for purpose for us.
It was not ideally located for hydrofoil to Aoelian Islands, Google maps suggests the boat leaves almost opposite property but in fact this leaves from the port near the train station. This was not the fault of the hotel, but may be helpful for future guests to know.

We got the room that was in the photos of booking
You had to share the kitchen & it was a good 20-30 min walk from city centre.

Very comfortable and spacious, everything we could have wanted in a b&b.

i loved everything. The location looks great. it s very clean. most important very quiet, it has a backyard view. It has a common kitchen with everything you need. They give you tea, coffee and they waited for us with a delicious breakfast. I had a special request and they helped me. The location was very close to ferry if you want to visit Calabria. The supermarket is 6 minutes away, which is great.
We felt amazing and i recommend this accomodation with all my heart!

The room is spacious and clean, with good facilities. Although it's not located in the city centre, it's easy to get to the city center with tram and bus. The owner and cleaning lady are very nice and helpful. In general we are quite happy with the stay and we think it worth the price.

big and comfortable room, breakfast, kind owners, quite, close to centre!!
the sun doesn't see it + the cleaner which I don't blame it.. entered the room while I had no entry( the owner told me when I have the sign no entry the cleaner won't get in) but it's okay she did her job perfectly!

The room itself was beautiful. The host was lovely, and extremely attentive.
The arrival was alittle bit stressful. Only for a few minutes. The host straightened it all out.

A bit away from the city center (30 min walk to Piazza Duomo).

The breakfast was acceptable.

Nice room and nice bathroom. Very quiet
We walked from the ferry terminal and the street is a bit rough at night.
8.0
The breakfast was rich with lot of choices; the coffee was great too.
The room was really clean, and huge. There is the balcony which is nice too.
There is not really any view, but the position of the room (away from the road traffic) allows you to have some really good sleep.
It took a long time when we got there to wait for the owner to open us. It was almost 1 hour waiting.
Except from that, everything was goo.

Not a major issue but I found the bed to be too soft

Great hosts and modern facilities with all necessary appliances, very good breakfast and good air conditioning unit.
parking at site at no cost.
Easy walk to nearby class restaurant with awesome nightime views across straits of Messina to Italian coast.
Dining area a bit small considering other guests also use it but outside area also available so that helps.
General area a bit scruffy but easy access to sandy beach front with swimming and boats for interest
