I would highly recommend!

Very friendly employee. Good location. The apartment we stayed was huge and clean.

It would be good to have a big mirror, maybe at the entrance or in the bedroom.

Good location, very spacious, only a few small issues

Very spacious apartment. Good, well stocked kitchen and perfect location along the river and short walk to downtown. When checking out, we could store our luggage until later in the day.

Due to our late arrival, I was told the keycards were left in a safe with a secure code. However, the safe was empty. We then had to wait 20-25 minutes for someone to show up and give us access. In addition, the apartment windows were open on arrival, so the apartment was really cold and the heating units were impossible to work. The breakfast was good, but was exactly the same for all 5 days (croissant, two bread rolls, fruit cocktail and orange juice). It would have been nice to mix the breakfast up a little bit. In addition, there weren't many coffee pods provided. For the price, I would have expected a free supply for our stay.

Muito agradável!

O quarto era excelente e muito bem localizado, em frente a alfandega. Não se ouve ruído da rua dentro do apartamento. ótimo para uma estadia que inclua até confecionar refeições. os miúdos adoraram o sofá cama. O pequeno almoço é simples, mas bastante para cada pessoa.

Correu tudo bem. Deixo a sugestão de reduzirem as embalagens que utilizam para a entrega de peq almoço. tudo separado em sacos de papel.. gera muito desperdício.

Complete apartment by the river, lovely stay

We liked the spacious apartment, room with beautiful view, big sofa bed in the living room, complete kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine, roofdeck, the very helpful staff, ease of check-in/check-out, a quiet location within a few minutes walk to the river side, places to eat and of interest. Walking by the river, you will have great views, day and night, of the Dom Luis I Bridge which you can cross, just a few minutes walk, to go to Vila Nova de Gaia, to get to the Port wineries. There is also a bus/tram stop within 2 mins from the apartment, but we walked most of the time in this lovely city of Porto.

Nothing. Even though there were holidays during our stay, the staff made sure we were fine. They even thoughtfully gifted us with a Rose for the New Year celebration!

Todo! Es precioso el apartamento. Tiene de todo, al mínimo detalle. Y el personal muy atento siempre. Y justo enfrente del río. Volveré sin duda

Por decir algo. El tema de las luces, alguna no funcionaba y hay poca luz en el salón, aunque de día no se echa. De menos , tiene muchas ventanas . Y no hay escoba

Sensacional! Não senti falta de nada!

10! 10! 10! Quem passa pela porta aparenta ser um imóvel comum, mas quando a gente entra, vê um prédio completamente novo e apartamentos montados com um alto nível de capricho e profissionalismo! Tem uma parada de ônibus bem na porta que possibilita que a gente vá para qualquer lugar! Me surpreendi muito com tudo. A cozinha é perfeita! Tem tudo, tudo, tudo. Impecável. Quando voltar a Porto certamente vou querer ficar nesse apartamento novamente. As meninas foram super educadas e atenciosas com a gente. Não sentimos falta de nada. Ficamos em casa!

Perfect stay

It was a complete house basically. For 2 it is great (can be even 3 people). It was clean, modern, well equiped and lovely. Location was good. With bold we went every part of the center just for 3.5 euro. Also it is possible to walk in good weathers. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Employees was helpful and polite. They answered our questions via whatsapp after our check in. But it might be better if someone would be on the reception during work hours.

O apartamento é super espaçoso! Fácil acesso, fácil comunicação por mensagens! Bem próximo de locais importantes do Porto!

Como o Porto tem muitas ladeiras, o apartamento fica em uma rua abaixo da via de pedestres, então para acessar sem carro, teria q ser através de ladeira ou escada! Mas o apartamento realmente compensou tudo!

Muito boa e confortável

Tudo formidável, excelente localização, limpeza muito boa, pessoas simpáticas e super prestáveis. Apartamento muito confortável, espaçoso e com tudo, muito bem equipado. Pequeno almoço óptimo deixado à porta todos os dias de manhã, café, chá, chocolate em pó, água e leite no apartamento quando chegamos. Cama muito confortável. Garagem de fácil aceso e segura, o espaço exterior interessante e com terraço no quarto piso com vista para o rio Douro. Tudo muito bom. Voltaremos sempre que possível.

Não houve nada que nós tivesse desagradado.

Friendly and helpful manager.

Comfortable, quiet, excellent manager and service.

I arrived at 4 pm on a very hot afternoon. I had to stand outside for while in the blazing sun because I did not have the code to enter the property. Luckily someone was leaving so I could enter when they opened the door. Then I found the manager engaged in cleaning one of the apartments and she checked me in. The code should have been emailed to me. Apparently they only send it via text messages, but international travellers may not be able to receive text messages on their phones. The property should implement the policy of sending the entry code to arriving guests by email in addition to text message.

Really spacious apartment with the a nice design. Nice location near the river. Though this means that you have to climb up to the city centre every time which could be a problem for some. Personal was really friendly and nice.

The main thing that can be improved is the breakfast. It's just granola or fruit salad + pastry + orange juice which can be not enough if you used to english style breakfasts.

A modern and stylish apartment hidden in an ordinary residential building. The rooms are well equipped with all modern equipment and most comfortable. Spacious enough for large group of people, with lovely view facing the river. And the best part is the staff are super friendly and helpful. We made a stupid mistake for wrong booking date, and they just help with best arrangements without hesitation. Very much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, would recommend

Really stylish and comfortable apartment. Super clean. Great views over the river. Nice staff.

Initial access to drop off our luggage was difficult. Despite texting ahead we had a 20 minute wait in the midday sun. It would also have been helpful to have been given relevant local info on arrival (for example that the festival which was on that weekend would really disrupt the tram which runs outside the apartment). Still a great stay though.

Well located and fair value for money

Good location for easy flat walk along the river to the tourist part of town. Well equipped for simple cooking. Our apartment was away from the road and quiet. We were driving and although the street is a bit tricky to turn into because there are cars parked either side, once you arrive at the apartment the parking garage is very big with plenty of room to park and easy access to the apartment with luggage. It was easy to get an Uber to take us anywhere up the big hills for dinner, then we could walk home down hill.

A small thing, but we missed a little bedside table to put a glass of water.
