Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour dans ce gîte où les enfants ont pu profiter des infrastructures présentes: salle de jeux, plateau sportif et espaces verts. La proximité des 2 gîtes nous a permis de venir à 17. L'un des 2 gîtes pouvait accueillir la totalité du groupe.

Emplacement et gîtes agréables
Nous avions deux gîtes et celui prévu pour tout le groupe n’est pas adapté : le plan de travail est trop petit, certains équipements de cuisine moyens. Gîte non chauffé à notre arrivée alors qu’il faisait froid. Bonne literie.

Les gîtes sont vraiment top! Parfaits pour des vacances ou un week-end entre amis : nous étions un groupe de 20 et nous avons passé un super week-end. Les gîtes sont confortables, spacieux, le Mont Saint Michel est vraiment proche, etc...

Très bon séjour dans des gîtes spacieux et agréables. Prévoir de changer les aspirateurs et un kit de ménage serait le bienvenu. Environnement calme et propre. Salle de jeux très appréciée de tous.

Belle endroit, nous avons été bien reçu!, L’isolation phonique intérieur facilite vraiment la communication…. Pensez à améliorer la literie.

Gite de groupe bien situé mais équipement un peu juste !
Ce gite a un emplacement et une conception agréable mais mériterait un équipement mieux adapté et en état de marche ! Des désagréments de fonctionnement (four - éclairage chambre - poubelles ....) qui gâchent le plaisir !
Heureusement, le soleil était au rendez vous !!!

Vacances en famille
Erreur sur contrat : descriptif pour agencement pour chacun des gites :
agencement de la cuisine ->mention d'un frigo de 220L + 1 frigo 120L, or il y avait un frigo 220L à l'Erable et un de 120L au Châtaignier.
- tel que c'est mentionné, on s'attendait à avoir 2 frigos dans chaque gite --> voir à modifier le descriptif ou à rajouter un frigo dans chaque gites. En effet pour 20 personnes, un seul frigo par gite c'est trop juste.
De plus, les douches sont équipés avec des "douchettes" fixées au mur, et limitées dans le temps --> nous ne sommes pas dans un camping, ni à la piscine... ,nous avons loué un gite.
Pour le reste c'est ok, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans un endroit très calme, ou les enfants ont pu d'éclater dans les différents endroits prévus pour eux. Génial...

Prix intéressant mais prestations médiocres
Les prestations sont médiocres. Gîte sale a l'arrivée (y compris les syphons de douches et des mouches mortes un peu partout y compris dans les lits), manque beaucoup de vaisselle et vaisselle sale dans l'ensemble, des casseroles cassées et non remplacées malgré nos demandes.... L'emplacement est plutôt sympa mais il faut être très vigilent lors de l'état des lieux. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir exigé un ménage complet (y compris la vaisselle) lors de notre arrivée.

Bien sauf isolation des chambres. Nous avions loué 2 gîtes pour 20 personnes. Heureusement nous n étions que 16. Pour cuisinez il faut prévoir ses grands récipients.

Décevant !
Très décevant! A notre arrivée surpris de voir deux gîtes alors que l annonce annonçait un gîte pour 21 personnes ! bien lire toute l annonce qui mentionne effectivement deux gîtes séparés de 5 mètres avec une belle photo de la salle de ping-pong et babyfoot sans balles et raquettes de surcroît. ..que nous pensions située entre les deux gites!!!.
Ne surtout pas louer l érable qui a une extension qui prend l eau par le plafond !!! en hiver (pour nous 11/2019)
Sinon matériel cuisine disponible sur place suffisant. literie ok.
Hiver chauffage en plus.la facture monte vite ...
Remise faite par proprio(que nous avons rattrapé car prenait la fuite à notre arrivée!!) .inadmissible de louer un gîte prenant l eau avec enfants fesant du quatre pattes!!!
Accueil agréable par une personne fort gênée de devoir donner les clefs d'un gîte prenant l eau!!
Bref le prix pour un we est fort exagéré ! !

Même si les gîtes sont rapprochés, nous avons pu fêter dignement un anniversaire avec 20 personnes tout un week-end.

Les deux gîtes étaient pratiques et bien équipés. Les espaces communs sont bien faits, pratiques + les petites prestations (barbecue, tables de Ping Pong) etc.

Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé trois belles journées sous le soleil normand. Nous étions 14 (4 familles), mais l’agencement fait que nous avions chacun notre « intimité ». Le gîte est idéalement situé à proximité des commerces, et des principaux lieux touristiques, tout en étant au calme, entouré de verdure. Très bien équipé pour sa capacité, le gîte a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous serions bien restés un peu plus longtemps !

Location intéressante mais manque de clarté de l’annonce sur votre site !!!
En effet il n’est pas précisé qu.il y a 5 maisonnettes côte à côte et que le SPA n’est disponible que pour l’une d’entre elles !!! C’est dommage.
De plus un véritable ménage de printemps serait nécessaire en ce début de saison ...
