This elegant 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom cottage accommodates 10 guests and boasts year-round amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, on-site fitness center, and proximity to Spiro Trailhead. Enjoy grilling on the patio, soaking in the private hot tub, or relaxing by the firepit after a day of adventure.
In the heart of this 3-story cottage, expansive windows bathe the second floor in natural light, casting a glow on dark wood finishes and vaulted ceilings. Classic lodge elements blend effortlessly with modern décor to create a warm atmosphere. Step into the inviting living area, where the Sonos sound system sets the mood for any gathering on the oversized sectional. Picture a cozy evening next to the elegantly stacked stone fireplace or cheering with loved ones while the big game plays on the 55” TV. A traditional dining area with pops of blue seats 10 for family dinners and game nights, while the adjacent breakfast bar seats 4 more for quick bites. Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking appliances featuring a white backsplash and dark wood cabinetry. At night, retire to the second-floor guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony access, or relax in the family-friendly bunk room with 2 full-over-full beds and a private bathroom. Outside, the main-level patio boasts a BBQ grill, hot tub, and firepit for entertaining.
Enjoy a peaceful night in the third-floor primary bedroom, which boasts a king bed, gas fireplace, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub. A guest bedroom, with a queen bed, doubles as an additional living space with a 50” TV and seating.
