Perfect place to stay for our hiking getaway! We were a little bummed that the hot tub was broken while we were there, but it is what it is I suppose. The heated pool was still nice!

Woke up to beautiful views in a clean quiet place. Nothing fancy but extremely comfortable. Feeling of safety and convenient to everything.

Clean with an appropriate amount of space for three single individuals to share two beds and floor space. Great location in terms of nearby restaurants as well as ease getting to different hiking trails. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend looking to save some $$$.

Great location. Close to trails, shops and restaurants, yet away from the busiest tourist area. Clean property. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again!

Fun in the Sun
Overall we were very happy with our selection. Yes, it is a time share resort but we were upfront when we checked that we weren't interested in a timeshare.
Everyone was very accommodating when we needed anything. They only clean when you check out but I am perfectly okay with this. We were still able to get extra towels and such whenever we needed it.
Be sure to sit in the hot tub at night!
Close to everything and such a beautiful drive anywhere you go.

Very good experience... Highly recommend
The property is very nice and provides good amenities. I especially liked that they provided free laundry detergent and free washer/dryer for guests. With all of the hiking available in the area, it was a very nice amenity.
Pros = location is very close to some excellent hiking trails and the property is of very good quality.
Cons = the internet service is surprisingly poor. Don't expect to be able to utilize the internet for a whole lot.

Clean room and pleasant staff.
Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Room was clean, although a little outdated. Bed was a good firmness and plenty of pilllows. The fireplace was a nice touch on a couple of rainy days. We liked being able to cook in the room and the bbq was also great. Apparently there were a number of things in addition to bbq tools that you could check out but there was no listing for those items. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper even though we did bring our own. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and the seat cushion kept sliding further out. The only other negative would be a message light on the phone that we could never get to turn off. Had to cover at night so it wasn’t disturbing to sleep.

It was Good
I really liked the place but I notice that I was over charged through VRBO. When I checked in on Friday they ran my card for $227.00 for the 2 nights. There was no $100 cleaning fees like VRBO made it seem.

Somewhat dated but clean and well managed
The decor was somewhat dated but the room was immaculate, the sheets and tiles soft and very white, and the bed very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, and the grounds were well cared for. Got a little tired of the push to buy into the resort, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Good from far but far from good
Our room was clean but shower was old and small much like the hotel in general.
The pool was cold - no one was in it for longer than 10 seconds - I find it hard to believe it was heated at all
The hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool but also was too cold to be enjoyed for longer than 5 minutes and after a long hike was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We used it once in 4 nights - a big disappointment.
Would never go back and never recommend this hotel or Diamond Resorts to anyone.

Great room, great local, great price.
Beaitiful property with great views, room has everything you need. My only concern was the soft pillowtop mattress, alittle to soft for my back.

Loved everything about this place!
I will stay here again when I come back to Sedona!
Our accommodations were great; Each room has a living area, and bedroom area. The wifi works very well. We are happy we could do laundry for free, and received an excellent VIP card for the area. The little touches in the lobby were great; cookies, coffee, tea, and treats!
The concierge were lovely, always polite and helpful. They also accommodated us to a ground level room.
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Easy process, clean accommodations.
The process from booking to checking in was smooth and simple. The room was just what we needed for a quick night stay to enjoy a wedding in the area.

Good location, good bed, noisy neighbors upstairs, wi-fi broken during stay.
The studio room was nice enough. The bed and shower were above average. The location was the high-lite, being close to Bell Rock and Courthouse for hiking. We also like the close proximity to Desert Flour for breakfast and to Pagos for dinner. It is an older facility and a few maintenance projects were going on (1 pool and jacuzzi closed, as well as a broken wi-fi while we were there). To their credit the Inn waived the Resort Fees due to the wi-fi problem. Mainly we were gone all of each day enjoying the area.

Awesome two day stay
The studio was perfect for my wife and I, fully stocked kitchen with two burner stove and refrigerator freezer. The room and grounds were clean and the staff was very friendly. Each evening we found ourselves relaxing in the Jacuzzi while cooking our dinner on the outside bbq. Great location for restaurants, groceries, golf and hiking!!

We had a huge room which was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and allowed us into a room early as I had a severe migraine. We got advice on a Dr to go to and our check out was extended if we needed it. The resort has everything you need and is not far from Sedona. A really beautiful part of the world. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a junior suite facing the building that houses the lobby. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow choices. We enjoyed the electric fire place on cool evenings and mornings. The full size fridge and small dishwasher were a bonus . Everything you needed to prepare some of your meals was provided and when I needed extra seating for visitors and a larger pot they were provided. The property is well maintained and the pool and hot tub are well placed in a sheltered courtyard. Staff are friendly. Another time we would ask for a room facing the pool area or with a patio . If you have luggage and it is difficult for you to lift be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get to the second floor. We were ok but travel reasonably lightly.

We were very comfortable in the studio but we are use to larger accommodations. We will book the one bedroom next time. The property was very nice, clean in a good location.

Nice little town. We walked to dinner and to the shops. Very good location. Not far from Sedona and flag staff. staff is very friendly.
