enjoyed our stay, good value

1. location is perfect 2. very nice room and comfy bed

1. bidet and lav faucet too tight, can use some WD-40 2. bfast area by the pool not comfy in this hot weather, and with flies

Pleasant and expensive.

The location - immediate beach front.

The location - right next to an open storm water drain, that stank, making it uncomfortable to sit on the beach in front of the hotel.

Would stay again with the above caveats.

Always great food and service.

Room 412 very noisy with kitchen upstairs. Banging and clanging while they cleaned kitchen. When they flushed the water it sounded like a flood was coming down. Singer could be heard throughout the room like it was almost next door. A hotel should be quiet for a good nights sleep. Didn't happen. Really need to better insulate that room. Dogs next door (north) barking all night long, but that's not your fault. All in all, good service, but that kitchen noise. Last time I had room on the south side, I will ALWAYS ask for a south side room on the third floor so it's quieter.

Nice break

The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom and shower were excellent

The fact that they didn't have all the things on the menu like halo and they served an expensive brandy with ice without asking if ice was wanted in the drink

Overall the place is awesome and relaxing

The place is along the highway and there are many shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Rooms and facilities are clean and staffs are friendly.

WiFi connection is weak, and we can't use it inside the room. The pool is very cold but it's aesthetic and clean so it's still fine.

We liked the resort the staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms very nice and the food and choice was good

The beach wasn't great and the running drain at the side of hotel didn't help

EXCELLENT!

it is very clean, very friendly and very accommodating staffs, from receptionist, valet parking, restaurant, room cleaning - we can't complain. Infinity pools were nice, i and just wish they were exclusive to hotel guests, so it won't be crowded. Foods are good.

they allow non-guest to use the pools. no A/C in the elevator so expect humidity, otherwise it's not a big fuss.

Condiments need to be brought with the food when ordering breakfast in the room. The breakfast tasted bland with no salt. Pepper. And ketchup

Don't allow children in rooftop pool. A group of children were very loud shouting and screaming. Which stopped my group ordering dessert. Tv in room 316 and 320 volume distorted

Clean and modern. Great location easy walking distance along the Beach to Arizonia Dive shop.

The upstairs pool should be open from mid-day.

great hotel in perfect location in Subic bay

great location, excellent staff on front desk, decent food at restaurant

cleaners were a little noisy with keeping doors open causing the door alarms to constantly beep. no spoons for coffee cups

Very good

Stuff was always kind. Room in relation to price was perfect. Food was always fresh and good quality. I would recommend this hotel to my friends & family!

Water in pool could be a bit, just a bit warmer. :)

Very good

I think it is the best Hotel in Subic, if you are looking for a place to go with the family. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good and their prices are okay.

Some maintance are required, as specialy for the Pool on the top, there were tiles missing. While the Check in we got asked for a disposit of 3000 Pesos in chash. In a hotel of this level, we expect that they can use our credit card.

Ask everything about additional charges before going

almost everything has additional charge, and staff does not discuss it unless you ask about it. Also, room attendants and front desk do not have same answer when you ask them about additional items/charges. cockroaches and bees inside their roofdeck restaurant
