Location is ok with many restaurants beside it. The hotel
provided contact nos of the restos and have free delivery. Supermarket across the street. Beds are soft. A/c is good. Staff were very accommodating.
Plenty of mosquitos outside. Beddings and towels are clean but need upgrading.

The location is ok. It doesn't have direct beach access, but the beach is a few minutes walk. It's an ok beach, swimmable, better than nothing. The location of the hotel is along a busy road with lots of pubs.
Bathroom lacked hooks so we ended up hanging towels on the shower curtain rod. There's no airflow in the rooms so we had to use the airconditioner. The main street can get really busy.

The location was great. It was near inflatable island. There are stores outside. The staffs are really nice.
There's something , I don't know if it's blood, on the bedsheet and on wall. The smell of the room also. Smells like cabinet.

Arrived and Ms. Lourdes immediately attended to our 10pax family group. Lourdes has a very pleasing personality and she was extremely accomodating to all our requests and we really enjoyed talking to her. We booked a total of 5 rooms at 2 pax per room and we had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. Beach was just a 2 minute walk away and there were lots of commercial establishments within the area. Subic Bay Freeport was just a 15 minute drive away, and we had fun touring the Subic Freeport, the Lighthouse, the Malawaan Fishing Area and lots more to explore. A small grocery was just in front of Manana Hotel as well as small restaurants alike. Enjoyed our stay,...
We wouldve loved it more if the hotel was at beachfront but its okay. No pool also but again, its okay.

The girl at the front desk (July) was very kind and helpful, treating us with respect and smile all the time. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. I will come back here. Thank you

I like as its affordable and clean and comfy ..
I Don't appreciate the sticky notes that are in the menu stating "unli pop " and the number who to call. I dont know if it means what I think it means but still its inappropriate for a family room thanks

Rooms where dirty had to ask for floors to be brushed and mopped
Shower was broken after me asking 4 times and told it would be fixed but did not.
Half the Window in Bathroom broken missing so mosquitos kept coming in.
I would not stay here

The price is cheap. Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. They provided us what we requested.
There's a lot of mosquitoes when we get in and it stays the whole time.

The lady in the reception was really nice. Her vibes were the only good thing we’ve experienced in this property.
1. There are a lot of mosquitoes in this place. The worst thing was even inside the room. Couldn’t even count how many we’ve killed just for almost 12 hours of stay.
2. The kettle was so dirty when we arrived.
3. The refrigerator was not working.
4. Toilet rug has a hole in it
5. We booked 2 rooms. For room 1 (#811), 2 or 3 bulbs were not working upon arrival. For room 2 (#806), one of the bulbs has gone out after a few hours.
6. Doors do not have double lock - my husband and I had to put a table at the back of the door just to make sure. I’m not being judgemental here but there were a lot of foreigners staying in this hotel and mostly are just hanging out outside beside their doors. Something to watch out for if a group of girls is planning to stay here. They do not have a security guard, just an FYI.

It was nice that the location was quiet, footsteps could be heard from upstairs but vehicle noises aren't audible once you're inside the room. The room appliances are all working. Everything was clean when we arrived. Staffs are friendly. Privacy is guaranteed. Staying at Mañana is a nice experience.
The water from the shower is extremely hot after a few minutes of turning it on. It just won't cool down so it hurts the skin while showering. There are no rugs or mats to place wet feet on, and the floor is somewhat slippery and sticky.

Room large family with room for 6 people. Set back a little from main road so not too noisy

Our go-to place for a Subic beach weekend getaway. Hospitable staff. Value for money. Just have to plan ahead and bring some things to make us comfortable since this is a budget hotel not a luxury one nor a bnb. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. The nearest access to the beach seems to be less crowded than the ones nearer the cottages.
Maybe the light bulbs and appliances need upgrading so they can be more energy efficient.
