Spitzenmäßig!!

Die Wohnung ist in einer gute Lage mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch ein supernettes Pub gleich um die Ecke. Die Underground in ca 15 Min gut erreichbar und der Bus quasi vor der Türe! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super, auch für 2 Familien gut geeignet. Die Betten sind leider nur 140 cm bzw 160 cm breit, was für uns etwas ungewohnt war. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es war generell sauber und praktikabel. Die Zimmer straßenseitig leider wegen der Rettungsautos etwas lauter.

Jammern auf super hohem Niveau: Wir hätten uns im Badezimmer Hacken für die Badetücher und Ablagemöglichkeiten gewünscht. Aber wie gesagt: super Ausstattung ansonsten!

Nice apartment with good value for money

Nice apartment with convenient public transportation, located in Kensington. The accommodation was clean and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen, though the number of pots was limited. The living room was tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Be aware that the apartment has a lot of stairs, which could be a consideration for some. The apartment features a spacious master bedroom and three smaller bedrooms, each around 7-8 m² with 140 cm beds. Two of the rooms are located to the back and therefore very quiet. The mattresses were quite worn out. While the master bedroom offers plenty of space, the smaller bedrooms have limited storage, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. Depending on the number of guests , the apartment can feel more or less comfortable. There are two bathrooms of which one of them is located within the master bedroom and a separate toilette. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money by London standards.

Two days prior to our arrival, we were informed about a water damage in one of the smaller bedrooms. However, it seemed like the issue had occurred weeks earlier, as the interior surface of the wardrobe - the only available storage in that room - was peeling due to the damage. It was an unpleasant sight, though there was no longer any sign of moisture. It might be worth mentioning, that we were asked to provide a £250 cash deposit upon arrival, which led us to exchange unnecessary cash in our country of origin. In the end, the owner did not require the deposit.

Comfortable but photos show a better property

There wasn’t an Italian breakfast as the advert advertised. The owner transferred 50 pounds as an apology. The beds were comfortable. The home fits 8 people comfortably.

The photos look like they have been photoshopped to remove all of the marks on the walls and in the bathrooms, and all of the cables everywhere. We were looking forward to this stat but disappointed on arrival as very run down compared to the photoshopped images. It wasn’t even the same kitchen cupboards as the advertisement.

Fantastic, well located, clean and spacious accommodation in an excellent area.

The property is very well located and convenient to multiple transport options. We found the house to be spacious for our family of six and we would highly recommend it to others as a fantastic place to stay in London!

Spacious, good location.

Everyone had their own beds and they were super comfortable!

25 degrees felt like walking into a sauna for us Canadians. We turned the thermostat down and opened all windows immediately. Unfortunately that led to a wee bit of an ant problem on the main floor. I was a bit disappointed on the “breakfast” included advertising. I should have read the fine print to realize that meant packaged oatmeal.

Will want to stay here again.

Really good location to visit London. The apartment is certainly spacious, bright and comfortable and the host Vincenzo responded to queries we had and was helpful. There is no dedicated parking but we parked at the Hilton Olympia which is just down the street and took the number 9 bus in to the central parts of the city for all the attractions.

We were fine, but if you have mobility issues- there are lots of steps and the bathrooms are on the top floor.

Great space and comfortable beds but not luxurious.

The owner was very accommodating to our situation and allowed us an early check in. The beds were very comfortable and It was nice to have some space. Easy access to come and go.

There are some notable needs for upgrades to be luxurious. There was also a definite smell of mould in the upstairs main bathroom that should be taken care of. There are many stairs just to be aware of if this is an issue for some. It is also on a very noisy street with sirens and traffic noise day and night.

Good, clean & comfortable accommodation in a good location!

Very clean, comfortable beds and well furnished. Perfect for a group. Friendly service - Vincenzo looked after us and was easy to contact. We were able to store our luggage before and after check in and check out. The location is good and it’s easy to get around London. Would definitely stay again😊

Don’t quite understand why the Italian breakfast included has got a 10 out of 10 as there wasn’t any breakfast as such, just mini pancakes wrapped in plastic. More of a snack really. I’m sure Italians eat more than that for breakfast 😂 Anyway didn’t matter as we found a great cafe nearby which offers great breakfast!

Flat was great with decent sized rooms and a well fitted out kitchen and good amenities. Easy to get around with bus stop near by and walking distance to tube.

Breakfast was advertised but was just some plastic wrapped mini pancakes and coffee not even jam so not really breakfast but not a big deal as not something usually provided in apartments.

convenient location. lots of space for our group of 6. fully stocked kitchen. Vincenzo, who manages the property, bent over backwards to help us with all the details surrounding g our stay and provided excellent tips of where to go.

Amazing experience!!!

Location no 1!!The apartment itself was luxurious, spacious and very clean, kitchen facilities were perfect, Tesco superstore 7 min walk and open 24 hours, westfield shopping centre 15 min walk from the Apartment. And the kensington/Olympia station took us straight to Watford junction where the Warner Bros Harry Potter tour was on, just had to walk out of the station and the HP buses were there to take you to the studios. Highly recommended for families, lovely area to stay.

There was nothing not to like, great location, right around the corner from Kensington/Olympia station, the apt was very well laid out, very warm & cosy , hot water throughout the apartment, and there was a big group of us! Plenty of space for everyone.

Great place to stay, would recommend!

Lovely apartment, hosts were great and very helpful.

There was some previous water damage on one wall that didn’t look great, top floor bathroom shower head wasn’t attached to the wall and wasn’t long enough for myself but was fine for the girlfriend.
